★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento deveriam por pessoas com mais capacidade pois não tem experiencia nem uma,fora a cobrança abusiva essa é a pior empresa assessoria que já vi, fora que os atendentes não sabem nem oque falam , você pede uma informação e eles te passam outra.
 Poor care should be given by people with more capacity because they do not have any experience, other than abusive collection, this is the worst consulting company I've seen, except the clerks do not even know what they're talking about, you ask for one information and they give you another one.

Ausência de transparência
Atuação unilateral favorecendo a pratica de ilegalidades
Omissa quanto a pratica de ilegalidades gerando passivo fiscal/trabalhista para o condomínio.
Inclusive não cumpre a missão da empresa no que tange a proporcional conforto aos síndicos e moradores. Eu não me sinto confortável em saber que estão ocorrendo ilegalidades no meu condomínio e quando questiono a Sindcon sou informada que fazer o que é certo onera o custo.
Agir por conveniência é muito fácil quando se exime das consequências.

Omitted as to the practice of illegalities generating tax / labor liabilities for the condominium.
It does not even fulfill the company's mission with regard to proportional comfort to the liquidators and residents. I am not comfortable knowing that illegalities are occurring in my condominium and when I question Sindcon I am informed that doing the right thing is costly.
Acting out of convenience is very easy when you avoid the consequences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, péssimo assessoria, ludribliadores não dão assistência aos moradores e são maus educados. Para quem que fechar contrato com a sindincon leiam atentamente o contrato, recomendo consultar um advogado antes de assinar qualquer documentos com a "Sindincon Assessoria". Tome também cuidados com a ata da assembléia pois é feito de boca e depois eles colocam no papel o que convém a "Sindincon Assessoria." A sindincon coloca no contrato cláusulas abusivas então Tome muito cuidado em assinar contrato com essa assessoria.
I do not recommend it, bad advice, cheaters do not give assistance to residents and are poorly educated. For those who sign a contract with sindincon carefully read the contract, I recommend consulting a lawyer before signing any documents with "Sindincon Assessoria". ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pior empresa ,nao resolve nada falta de comprometimento , orientações erradas ,tomei um advertência por vazamento no apt que já foi visto a pouco tempo ,entrei em contato com a sindcom e o síndico , sindcom pediu para mandar um email para recorrer da advertência ,mandei o email e falaram para aguardar o retorno aguardei o retorno chegou a multa aí a sindcom alegado que o título do email tinha que ser recorrer da advertência mais não fui orientado mais mesmo tendo um email falando sobre o assunto e ter falado por telefone com sindcom e o síndico recebi a multa e o Fernando que e um dos responsáveis não assume o erro mesmo com email falando do assunto tirando várias reclamações que não tive retorno nenhum da sindcom ,gostaria de falar com o dono pela fala de preparo dos funcionários principalmente do Fernando vou colocar em todas as mídia falando o péssimo atendimento direcionamento ,vou fazer de tudo para sair do prédio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sempre atendeu meus casos, que solicitei. O que ficaria melhor era diminuir o juros nos meus atrasos do condomínio, aí dou 5 estrelas kkkkkkk.
Company has always attended to my cases, which I requested. What would be better was to lower the interest rate on my condominium arrears, then I give it 5 stars kkkkkkk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encaminhado e mail no dia 07/04 para falar sobre uma situação de um condômino, e não houve retorno.
Entrei em contato via telefone, somente o gerente da conta pode me ajudar e ele não foi trabalhar no dia. Quase 07 dias do e mail enviado e nem o contato e nem o gerente dão retorno.
Pelo preço da mensalidade, penso que em 48 horas deveriam dar um retorno.
Forwarded an email on 04/07 to talk about a situation with a condominium member, and there was no response.
I got in touch via phone, only the account manager can help me and he didn't go to work that day. Almost 07 days of the email sent and neither the contact nor the manager gives a return.
For the price of the monthly fee, I think they should give a return within 48 hours.
