★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei ir ao SINE semana passada e me surpreendi com a experiência! Pensei que fosse algo super trabalhoso, mas na verdade foi muito tranquilo.
Primeiro, só estão atendendo com agendamento via sistema MTE - SAA, porque muitos serviços a pessoa faz online, sozinha, como por exemplo para dar entrada em seguro desemprego, basta baixar o aplicativo da CTPS Digital e preencher as informações.
Se for necessário atendimento, o segredo para conseguir o agendamento na unidade desejada é entrar assim que vira o dia, ou seja, a partir de meia noite (00h). Assim você consegue visualizar vagas para TODOS os SINES, normalmente para 2 dias depois. Não demore muito pois são poucas vagas, somente Bangu que tem MUITAS vagas disponíveis.
Separei todos os documentos e cheguei no horário e dia agendados. Estava completamente vazio, mas está havendo distanciamento nas cadeiras e mesas de atendimento, funcionários de máscara e super solícitos. Cheguei, informei que estava agendada, o rapaz conferiu e me pediu para esperar. 5 minutos depois fui atendida por uma moça muito simpática, que resolveu meu problema em LITERALMENTE UM MINUTO! Ainda foi super atenciosa, tirou minhas dúvidas, olhou o que eu havia cadastrado previamente no sistema para se certificar que estava tudo certo!

I had to go to SINE last week and I was surprised by the experience! I thought it was a lot of work, but in fact it was very quiet.
First, they are only providing appointments via the MTE - SAA system, because many services the person does online, alone, for example to file for unemployment insurance, just download the CTPS Digital application and fill in the information.
If attendance is required, the secret to getting the appointment at the desired unit is to enter as soon as the day turns, that is, starting at midnight (00h). So you can see vacancies for ALL SINES, usually for 2 days later. Do not take too long because there are few vacancies, only Bangu that has MANY vacancies available.
I separated all the documents and arrived at the scheduled time and day. It was completely empty, but there is a gap in the chairs and attendance tables, employees in masks and super solicitous. I arrived, informed that it was scheduled, the boy checked it and asked me to wait. 5 minutes later I was attended by a very nice girl, who solved my problem in LITERALLY ONE MINUTE! She was still super attentive, took my doubts, looked at what I had previously registered in the system to make sure everything was right!
Extremely positive experience !!!

vcs teriam como informar se depois do dia 09/12 chegaram mais cartões do supera RJ, pois já fui aí 3 vezes e o meu cartão não se encontra, pois essa semana irei novamente, só pra eu não dar viagem perdida, sem falar na passagem q gasto. obrigada.
