A primeira vez que escolhi a Sintech foi pelo preço, afinal em tempos complexos obter um preço vantajoso é sempre a primeira escolha, porém o atendimento recebido na condução da certificação ficou memorizado, pois era além de competência e profissionalismo, era atencioso, era cuidadoso, era diferente, ali me fidelizaram. A segunda vez que precise, não tive dúvidas, escolhi a Sintech, agora a escolha era pelo conjunto: preço, serviço e o melhor atendimento. Tudo foi feito on-line, mas o atendimento humanizado de todos os envolvidos realmente me encantaram. Em regra, quando o primeiro atendimento é muito bom, o segundo deixa a desejar, mas não com os profissionais desta empresa, de verdade. Acreditem se quiserem, mas o segundo foi tão bom quanto o primeiro, e voltei a ficar encantada. Encantar o cliente não é fácil, e sou exigente, porém os atendentes da Sintech são todos especiais demais e por este motivo merecem todo elogio para que continuem encantando os clientes e com toda a paciência e carinho lhes conduzir na solução dos problemas desta era cada vez mais robótica e menos humana, mas eles conseguem dar o toque certo de humanidade neste processo. I needed two digital certificates and opted, within the market options, for Sintech. The first time I chose Sintech was for the price, after all, in complex times, obtaining an advantageous price is always the first choice, but the service received when conducting the certification was memorized, as it was beyond competence and professionalism, it was attentive, it was careful, it was different, they retained me there. The second time I needed it, I had no doubts, I chose Sintech, now the choice was by the whole: price, service and the best service. Everything was done online, but the humanized service provided by everyone involved really enchanted me. As a rule, when the first service is very good, the second one leaves something to be desired, but not with the professionals of this company, really. Believe it or not, but the second was as good as the first, and I was delighted again. Delighting the customer is not easy, and I am demanding, but Sintech's attendants are all very special and for this reason they deserve all the praise so that they continue to delight customers and, with all the patience and affection, lead them in solving the problems of this era each time more robotic and less human, but they manage to put the right touch of humanity in this process.
