★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No meu caso, pedi um orçamento que dura 5 dias, passou 9 dias pra me devolverem a televisão depois que solicitei pois o orçamento ficou muito caro, depois a gerente cobriu o orçamento de outra assistência, acabei fazendo com eles me arrependo até hoje, já levei minha tv la 4 vezes pra garantia e ela sempre volta com o mesmo defeito até hoje ainda não resolveram, ja se vai 3 meses nesse constrangimento.
In my case, I asked for a budget that lasts 5 days, it took 9 days to return the television to me after I requested it because the budget was very expensive, then the manager covered the budget for another assistance, I ended up doing them with regret even today, already I took my tv there 4 times for warranty and it always comes back with the same defect until today they still haven't solved, it's been 3 months in this embarrassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, não recomendo este lugar a ninguém, mais de 20 dias pra passar um orçamento e me devolver a TV, pq se só o orçamento foram 17 dias, imagina o reparo? Já havia feito um outro reparo de outra TV e perderam o cabo de energia dela, passaram quase 3 semanas pra me devolver... Burra fui eu de ter ido novamente nesse lugar.
Terrible, I do not recommend this place to anyone, more than 20 days to spend a budget and return the TV to me, because if only the budget was 17 days, imagine the repair? I had already done another repair on another TV and they lost its power cable, they spent almost 3 weeks to return it to me ... I was stupid to have gone to that place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui buscar minha TV e veio sem os pés. Liguei pra lá e me juraram de pés juntos que os pés da TV não foram. Além de passar quase 2 meses esperando uma peça chegar. Nunca mais!!!

Deixei o telefone e um tablet, me passaram um orçamento maior do que o valor do produto NOVO.
Ainda me cobraram R$80,00 reais pra deixar os 2 aparelhos.
Fora que pediram 3 dias pra passar o orçamento, e passaram mais de uma semana para me da uma resposta.
Péssimo local, não recomendo.

They still charged me R$80.00 to leave the 2 devices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Botei um notbook pra conserta uma vez nesse lugar, e o notbook simplesmente sumiu, não me deram explicação do que tinha acontecido nem como tinha sumido, botei na justiça alegaram não ter dinheiro para me pagar o prejuízo e ficou por isso mesmo. Resumindo não confiem nesse estabelecimento !
