★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentro do sítio o acesso é ruim para idosos e cadeirantes, além de ser íngreme e não ter um bom caminho definido, para se chegar ao salão de festas tem que passar pela borda da piscina. Durante a minha festa o proprietário ficou circulando pelo jardim e depois se sentou na varanda da casa com a família, que são uns 5 metros do salão e não tivemos privacidade. O proprietário não é solicito, queria que eu fosse na casa dele buscar o gás que estava acabando. A impressão que se tem é somente o interesse no dinheiro, não na prestação de serviço. Fora que o lugar estava bastante empoeirado, parece que só varrem!! Achei bem sujo!!! Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito bonito, porém, o proprietário mto ignorante, ar condicionado do quarto não gela o tempo todo, e ele ainda coloca horário para usar o ar condicionado, a noite tb ele não liga as luzes da piscina e restrige usar com horários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar em si é bom , porém não compensa pelas privatizações feitas pelo proprietário!
Ar condicionado só permanece ligado durante o período noturno. No período diurno esquece! todas as tomadas são 220 ou seja, se vc quiser trazer um ventilador para Compesar a falta do ar condicionado durante o dia , vc tem que optar por um que tenha suporte 220v , fora outras regras que possui no local como falta de privacidade e o aceso restrito as iluminações dos ambientes , como piscina, parquinho e campo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bonito, espaçoso portanto o proprietário mora no local onde por sua vez tem e quer tudo sobre controle (ar condicionado liga somente no tempo dele (ou seja, durante a noite) o controle existente no quarto não serve pra nada pois está automatizado para ligar o ar frio de tempo em tempo, desta forma não gela o quarto o suficiente), as iluminações externas ninguém tem acesso, ao não ser ele, toda vez que necessitar de qualquer ligação de iluminação tem que chamar o proprietário, além disso a cascata da piscina não pode ser utilizada, pois ele liga somente quando faz a limpeza da piscina.
As portas não possui tranças, isso é uma brecha para ele ficar transitando sobre a casa durante a noite e/ou quando todos sai para ir ao centro , mercado entre outros.
Não obtivemos uma boa recepção, quem deu-nos algum suporte ou auxílio foi o caseiro.
Durante a hospedagem, alguns cachorros entram constantemente , bagunçando os lixos, entrando na casa e trazendo riscos de doenças e até mesmo morder alguém, ao questionar o proprietário da casa sobre os cachorros, ele diz não ser dele ( como se diz, não tenho nada a ver com isso).
Casa não tem panela, não tem produtos de limpeza, não.tem vassoura, não tem sofá e fora isso tem um ninho em cima do teto da casa de morcego, onde faz barulho dia e noite atrapalhando o sono.
Não indico para ninguém, pois o estresse que tivemos com frescuras do proprietário em relação a energia, ar condicionado , foi de mais, percebemos que não temos privacidade, tudo tem q ser feito após a autorização do proprietário que mora no local, para evitar confusão, apenas aceitamos o ambiente e tentarmos aproveitar o que estava ao nosso alcance, por de tratar de um senhor de idade, procuramos respeita-lo e não levar problemas.

During the stay, some dogs come in constantly, messing up the garbage, entering the house and bringing risks of illness and even biting someone, when questioning the owner of the house about the dogs, he says he is not his (as they say, I have nothing to do with it).
The house has no pan, no cleaning products, no. It has a broom, it does not have a sofa and outside that it has a nest on top of the bat house roof, where it makes noise day and night disturbing sleep.
I don't recommend it to anyone, because the stress we had with the owner's frills in relation to energy, air conditioning, was too much, we realized that we have no privacy, everything has to be done after authorization from the owner who lives on site, to avoid confusion , we just accept the environment and try to take advantage of what was within our reach, because we are dealing with an elderly man, we try to respect him and not take any problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é maravilhoso, mais não compensa pela raiva que a gente passa com o proprietário. Exemplo:
- ar condicionado das 23h00 as 07h00 da manhã independente de na parte da tarde precisar dormir, se dormir até mais tarde já fica ciente não que tem ar condicionado.
- Luzes as 19h00 são desligadas, de todas as áreas do local
- Não pode ligar a bomba d’água
- cachorros para todos os lados bagunçando lixos e em cima das comidas, proprietário disse que é da rua e ele não pode fazer nada.
- colchões em péssima qualidade
- não tem chaves nas portas
- proprietário circulando enquanto estamos nos divertindo comendo e etc, sem educação alguma
- fora que quando ligamos uma das luzes as 19h00 da área externa para jogar uno, levamos a maior bronca , não teve respeito não conversou e saiu desligando tudo, estávamos em família com crianças não estávamos fazendo bagunça e fomos maltratados da hora que chegamos até sairmos.
ENFIM NÃO RECOMENDO!!

- besides that when we turned on one of the lights at 7:00 pm in the outdoor area to play one, we got the biggest scolding, there was no respect, he didn't talk and left everything off, we were family with children, we weren't making a mess and we were mistreated from the time we arrived until we left .

Porem toda sua beleza é ofuscada pela ignorância, má educação e inconveniência do proprietário, que transita pelas dependências durante a locação, zero privacidade, a bomba da piscina não pode ser ligada, o ar condicionado tem hora para ser usado. Não podíamos usar o ar condicionado durante o dia... parque tem hora para ser usado, e qualquer coisa é motivo do proprietario de forma ignorante brigar..
