Isso é uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Nunca me dão resposta de nada. Quero que me reembolsem o valor que depositei, por favor.
In March I deposited an amount to reserve the date, since then I never got any response. I've tried contacting via WhatsApp, Instagram and by phone (they don't even answer). This is a lack of respect for the customer. They never answer me at all. I want to be refunded the amount I deposited, please.
