★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are very kind and the hotel infrastructure is complete. Breakfast lunch and dinner are ok... not many options but are tasty. Rooms are clean and confortables. I went with my wife and my 1.2 year son. There are no places to warm water. So you have to ask to staff to do it. This is the only negative point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a pretty nice hotel. I spent four days there. Admittedly, my room was a little smaller than other hotels I've stayed in, but it was clean pretty comfortable.
I went for an English immersion event.
The hotel had some nice facilities, but could do with a better selection of English songs in the karaoke book. I know it's a Brazilian hotel, but other hotels have had a better of songs.
Unlike other hotels I've stayed in, the gym actually is in good working order and has a fair amount of equipment.
The Staff were always polite and very quick to help.
In regards to hosting events, it has a good supply of conference rooms, big and small.
All in all, a nice experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great venue for hosting conferences or corporate gatherings. There are several spaces with different sizes, suitable for all kinds of events. Rooms are good, equipped with ac and hot shower. Food is great! Would have gained a couple of pounds during the 5-day event I attended, if it weren't for the gym football court they thankfully had.
