Os pontos ruins são apenas os colchões que são muito finos, vale levar de casa, e a falta de tomadas dentro da casa, são pouquíssimas as tomadas, costuma ser 1 por cômodo, com exceção da sala que tem 2. As janelas nos quartos tbm não têm telas. O parquinho é muito legal, a quadra é de gramado, o espaço é aconchegante e bonito.
