★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoas desonestas. Peguei um carro com vários problemas(descobri com uma semana com o carro porque fiquei na mão). Dão atenção na venda, mas depois só enrolam e não resolvem nada. Gastei Inicial de 2mil reais pra colocar pra rodar porque alegaram garantia só de cambio e motor. Péssima loja, nunca mais, fujam. Recomendo passar longe desse tipo de (profissionais).
 Dishonest people. I took a car with several problems (I found out with the car a week because I stayed in the hand). They pay attention to the sale, but then they just roll it up and solve nothing. I spent Initial of 2 thousand reais to put to run because they claimed warranty only of exchange and engine. Bad store, never run away. I recommend staying away from this type of (professionals).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não comprem nessa loja , tive uma péssima experiência, não respeitam o próprio contrato, garantem motor e câmbio, mas não cumprem , mandam procurar os direitos na maior cara de pau , olhem as avaliações antes de fechar qualquer compra não confiem !

Bad store. Documentation problems, unresolved mechanical problems, just headaches. They don't answer and they still want to lie. Just headaches and regrets.

Otimo pós venda, tive um probleminha elétrico com o Ar Condicionado logo após a retirada do carro, e eles resolveram da maneira mais rápida possível o problema sem custo adicional devido à garantia. Vendedores Junior e João sempre muito atenciosos.
Store committed to selling and helping in the best possible way in all sales processes. Great after sales, I had a little electrical problem with the Air Conditioning right after the car was removed, and they solved the problem as quickly as possible at no additional cost due to the warranty. Junior and João salespeople always very attentive.

Eu e meu marido compramos um KA em julho/2020, quando compramos, o carro passou por uma "vistoria " deles, onde não constava que o carro havia sido batido, porém, esta semana, levamos o carro na oficina para trocar a bateria, e o mecânico nos mostrou o estrago que estava a parte da
frente do carro, o carro certamente foi batido e mascararam descaradamente a batida, e passou na vistoria, como? Agora estamos com um prejuízo de 1240.00 em peças, fora a mão de obra, um descaso total com o cliente, falta de transparência! Não recomendo e iremos procurar nossos direitos!
