★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem ferramenta pra trabalhar! Fui trocar o rolamento pois estava rocando pensei que ia acabar o barulho e começou a fazer outro! Fui fazer a reclamação e ele só lixou a pastilha de freio! Pois o barulho não parou! Ele trocando o rolamento usou marreta para tirar tampinha do rolamento pra minha surpresa usou até maçarico! Pois por ele bater tanto com a marreta e esquentar com o maçarico empenou o cubo! Voltei para reclamar o mesmo falou que só eu tava escutando o barulho! Então vamos lá gastei 135 reais com o rolamento e 150 reais de mão de obra! 285 reais perdido! Pois tive que trocar em outro lugar e tive que gastar mais 440 reais pois tive que trocar o rolamento de novo, o cubo que o mesmo deformou e mais a mão de obra! Mais estou tomando as providências!

I went to make the complaint and he just sanded the brake pad! Because the noise didn't stop! He changing the bearing used a sledgehammer to remove the bearing cap, to my surprise he even used a blowtorch! Because he hit the mallet so much and heated up with the torch, he warped the cube! I came back to complain the same said that only I was listening to the noise! So come on I spent 135 reais on the bearing and 150 reais on labor! 285 reais lost! Because I had to change it somewhere else and had to spend another 440 reais because I had to change the bearing again, the cube that it deformed and more labor! But I'm taking action!
