★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo ! Encaminhamos uma balança para reparo, o equipamento está há 40 dias na empresa e nunca nos contatam para comentar sobre o andamento. Descobri que não conseguiram consertar e ainda não devolveram o mesmo, estou mandando retirar. Nunca vi tanto descaso, não recomendo.
Lousy service! We sent a balance for repair, the equipment has been with the company for 40 days and they never contact us to comment on the progress. I found out that they couldn't fix it and haven't returned it yet, I'm having it removed. I've never seen so much neglect, I don't recommend it.
