I have nothing to complain about, I'm well attended, if you don't have the book in the store, order it and it arrives fast, there's a lot of books to choose from, it's wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Papelaria boa e bom atendimento porém não justifica o preço, fui comprar dois materiais escolares e o preço estava em média 25% mais alto que as demais pequenas inclusive a Kalunga que já não é barata......
Good stationery and good service but it doesn't justify the price, I went to buy two school supplies and the price was on average 25% higher than the other small ones including Kalunga which is no longer cheap......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a papelaria, fiz uma encomenda de livro paradidático, mostrei print, lista de material, editora do livro, para duas funcionárias, perguntei diversas vezes pessoalmente e por Whatsapp se era realmente o livro, pois estava difícil encontrar no geral em livrarias. Me passaram um valor informando que chegaria final da semana e que estava com desconto. Agora o livro que chegou é de outra editora. Não me dão retono via Whatsapp, são desorganizados, desatenciosos com os clientes e a propaganda foi enganosa. Não irei buscar o Livro. Não volto a este local e não recomendo para ninguém. Além dos preços no geral serem mais alto que em outras papelarias e livrarias.
I do not recommend the stationery store, I ordered a paradidactic book, I showed the print, material list, book publisher, to two employees, I asked several times in person and by Whatsapp if it was really the book, as it was difficult to find in general in bookstores. They gave me a value informing me that it would arrive at the end of the week and that it was discounted. Now the book that arrived is from another publisher. They don't give me feedback via Whatsapp, they are disorganized, inattentive to customers and the advertising was misleading. I will not get the Book. I will not return to this place and do not recommend it to anyone. In addition, prices are generally higher than in other stationery stores and bookstores.
