★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foi feita uma solicitação por minha parte para a troca apenas a troca do local da antena que estava prevista para sábado, pouco tempo depois reccebi uma ligação com a confirmação que o técnico iria comparecer na data 19/04/2017 e não apareceu e nem fui norificado. Tentei por inúmeras vezes entrar em contato e não fui atendido para questionar o não aparecimento do técnico sendo que era pra ser em horário comercial efetuei as ligações entre 17:30 e 17:45. Péssimo atendimento e má informação dos funcionários deste local.
A request was made by me for the exchange only to change the location of the antenna that was scheduled for Saturday, shortly after I received a call with the confirmation that the technician would appear on the date 04/19/2017 and did not appear and neither was I standardized. I tried numerous times to get in touch and I was not answered to question the non-appearance of the technician since it was supposed to be during business hours I made the calls between 17:30 and 17:45. Poor service and poor information from the staff at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ otima empresa .credenciada . pela sky. atendimento muito bom tecnicos atenciosos .pontuais . os mesmos pego a area de uma boca de porco que se chamava hot line . na regiao da zona norte de sp . com menos de 1 mes resolvero meu problema que ja estava se arrastando a quase 3 anos ..continue asim com esse atendimento otimo.
great company. accredited. across the sky. very good service. punctual attentive technicians. they took the area from a pig mouth that was called a hot line. in the northern zone of sp. With less than 1 month I will solve my problem that has been going on for almost 3 years.

Confirmei a visita e o mesmo não compraceu.
Hoje dia 01/02/21. Liguei para saber porque não vieram.
A atendende muito mal educada desligou o telefone na minha cara sem ao menos explicar o motivo da ausência.
Parabéns pela má educação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa é credenciada da SKY. Efetuaram o agendamento e não enviaram o técnico responsável até a residência. Não atenderam o telefone, nem deram satisfações. Lamentável.
This company is SKY accredited. They made the appointment and did not send the technician in charge to the residence. They didn't answer the phone or give any explanations. Unfortunate.
