Um dia até fui ignorada
Cotei e solicitei moedas ontem, já com valor e quantidade necessária.
Não responderam ao contato final, e hoje cobram mais, nos exigindo 20 minutos para pagamento.
Não nos tratam como clientes, mas como se estivessem nos fazendo um favor.
Existem outras casas de câmbio, com valores iguais ou menores, e que nos atendem com o respeito que falta na SKY.
Pesquisem antes de cair nesta empresa.
We sent a message, they take a long time to respond.
One day I was even ignored
I quoted and requested coins yesterday, already with the required amount and value.
They didn't respond to the final contact, and today they charge more, demanding 20 minutes for payment.
They don't treat us as customers, but as if they were doing us a favor.
There are other exchange offices, with the same or lower values, and that serve us with the respect that SKY lacks.
Research before falling for this company.
