★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei de fazer câmbio com a SP Mundi. A entrega foi conforme o combinado e o entregador foi bastante solícito. O valor da cotação foi bom. Apenas gostaria que o câmbio tivesse sido no valor que apareceu no site "Melhor câmbio", mas fui informada de que o valor seria apenas para quantidades maiores. Ainda assim voltarei a fazer câmbio com eles.
I enjoyed doing exchange with SP Mundi. Delivery was as agreed and the delivery man was very helpful. The quote value was good. I just wish the exchange had been the value that appeared on the "Best exchange" website, but I was informed that the value would only be for larger amounts. I will still exchange with them again.

Foi muito boa a experiência.
Acho que vale apenas dar uma avaliada no cadastro de vcs, pois no meu computador não consegui rolar a tela até o fim do cadastro e tive que usar o zoom do navegador. Vale fazer um teste de usabilidade para melhorar alguns detalhes, mas a compra em si foi boa e segura.
Recebi em casa e adorei não ter que me deslocar até a loja.
Recomendo.

Me entregaram antes do prazo, sempre fui notificada de todas as atualizações do status da entrega, sempre responderam com prontidão e a cotação sempre foi a melhor que encontrei em todos meus contatos.
Nada a reclamar e pelo o contrário, só a elogiar.
Já tive problemas com Motoboys no passado quando comprei com delivery de outra casa de câmbio e esse também foi um fator que me atentei nessa experiência e também foi um sucesso. Motoboy respeitou meu espaço para minha conferência do valor e foi bastante simpático.

I've been buying coins at this exchange for years but I had always gone to the store. For the first time I bought by WhatsApp and the delivery went perfectly well. They delivered before the deadline, I was always notified of any updates on the delivery status, they always responded promptly and the quote was always the best I found in all my contacts.
Nothing to complain and on the contrary, only praise.
