★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40 minutos a espera de uma nota fiscal. Não adianta querer colocar desculpa no sistema da SEFAZ, pois se o problema fosse esse, todas as lojas teriam problemas na emissão, o que não acontece na prática... Sugiro a atualização do sistema de vocês para agilizar o processo.
Além disso, fiz mais de 20 ligações para o telefone fixo, cheguei a ligar até para o próprio shopping... E só depois de quase 5 horas fui atendido no WhatsApp...
Tentem focar um pouco mais na experiência do cliente...

40 minutes waiting for an invoice. It's no use trying to make excuses in the SEFAZ system, because if that were the problem, all stores would have problems with the issue, which doesn't happen in practice... I suggest updating your system to speed up the process.
In addition, I made more than 20 calls to the landline, I even called the mall itself... And it was only after almost 5 hours that I was answered on WhatsApp...
Try to focus a little more on the customer experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo! A gente chega nem um atende levanta ou olha pra tirar dúvidas, você tem que ficar igual barata tonta indo atrás de alguém pra lhe atender .
Da um misto de vergonha e raiva! Como querem conquistar cliente ou até mesmo bater meta com essa atitude? Nunca mais irei lá e se você também não q ser maltrato não aconselho a ir.
Terrible service! We arrive, not even an answer raises or looks to ask questions, you have to look like a dizzy cockroach going after someone to answer you.
It's a mixture of shame and anger! How do you want to win a customer or even hit a goal with this attitude? I will never go there again and if you don't want to be mistreated either, I don't advise you to go.
