Já tiveram atendimento bom e pontualidade hoje não existe mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente tive problema as duas vezes que contratei, a primeira funcionários fizeram adaptações grosseiras, o box vazava tudo por baixo. Reclamei aí um dos sócios foi lá e resolveu. Porém agora estou tendo o mesmo problema funcionários com má vontade foram com a medida errada do espelho retornou para arrumar agora e nem me respondem espero que resolvam desta vez. Estou decepcionada.
Unfortunately I had a problem the two times I hired, the first employees made rude adaptations, the box leaked everything underneath. I complained there one of the partners went there and decided. But now I am having the same problem employees with bad will went with the wrong measurement of the mirror returned to fix it now and they don't even answer me I hope they solve this time. I am disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei o serviço final de setembro. Houve demora na entrega do serviço. Quando entregaram, veio faltando um produto e até agora não tenho retorno da empresa sobre quando será feita a nova instalação. Thiago, o sócio, não responde whats e não atende telefone. Os telefones que constam no site da empresa, nenhum atende. Ainda, fora que o contrato de prestação de serviço só beneficia a empresa e não o cliente e a má qualidade no atendimento e a falta de paciência do Thiago é tremenda. Não indico essa empresa para ninguém.
I hired the end of September service. There was a delay in delivering the service. When they delivered, a product was missing and so far I have no feedback from the company about when the new installation will be made. Thiago, the partner, doesn't answer whats and doesn't answer the phone. The phones on the company's website, none answer. Still, apart from that the service contract only benefits the company and not the customer and the poor quality of service and Thiago's lack of patience is tremendous. I don't recommend this company to anyone.
