Foi prometido a entrega em dois dias porém não foi entregue, em varias tentativas de entrar em contato via ligação ou whatsapp, não fui atendido.
Desde segunda até sexta, o dono me respondendo no fim do dia, fora do horário comercial, prometendo no proximo dia de manhã.
Até que solicitei a devolução pois atrasou os meus compromissos relacionados a esse pedido.
Assim no próximo dia ( sábado ) foi prometido a entrega de manhã e foi entregue no fim do dia.
Todo esse processo causou dor de cabeça, preocupação com os compromissos relacionados e muitos problemas
A empresa pode ter seus problemas como fim do ano, outras solicitações entre outras, mas a sinceridade e o compromisso com os clientes teria que ser em primeiro lugar.
Não recomendo.
The first service until placing the order was good,
It was promised delivery in two days but was not delivered, in several attempts to contact via call or whatsapp, I was not attended.
From Monday to Friday, the owner answered me at the end of the day, outside business hours, promising the next day in the morning.
Until I requested the return because it delayed my commitments related to that order.
So the next day (Saturday) was promised delivery in the morning and was delivered at the end of the day.
This whole process caused headaches, concerns about related commitments and many problems
The company may have its problems like the end of the year, other requests among others, but sincerity and commitment to customers would have to be first.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou aguardando a entrega do meu serviço desde Janeiro, veio até meu estabelecimento fez a medição e o Flávio pediu 50% do valor orçado para a compra do material. A partir daí começou nosso estresse, simplesmente sempre com uma desculpa diferente.
Após 3 meses do que foi pago e não entregue po serviço o Flávio, disse que não conseguiria entregar os vidros por probelma pessoal e que iria devolver a entrada paga, até o momento (28/04/22), nada, ligo, mando mensagem e simplesmente ignorado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou tentando receber o serviço ou o meu dinheiro de volta já tem seis meses, ligo e o Flávio responde que dará um jeito e nunca dá. Já perdi vários trabalhos porque ele promete que vai me entregar o trabalho e não aparece, o pior de tudo isso é que o serviço está totalmente pago. Ele fez o primeiro serviço e entregou e o restante (que é o maior) está enrolando, estou inclusive tendo que entrar com ação judicial para ser ressarcida. Caiam fora desta cilada! Só promessas!
Hoje mesmo havia me prometido entregar pessoalmente o serviço as 9h da manhã são 13h e ele não atende nem o telefone...
Só stress!
E hoje segunda-feira (17/01) ele ainda se recusa a atender as ligações e ou responder o e-mail ou mesmo essa mensagem aqui. A Nota fiscal do trabalho foi emitida em 17/07/2021 e não tenho nem o serviço, nem o dinheiro de volta e nem sequer a atenção da loja que está me evitando desde sábado (15/01/2022) quando mais uma vez o serviço foi prometido e não entregue...
Já são 17h05 e passei o dia todo ligando... Ninguém atende... Cuidado porque ele pega o dinheiro do cliente e depois não atende a solicitação e nem o telefone.

It's already 5:05 pm and I've been calling all day... No one answers... Be careful because he takes the customer's money and then doesn't answer the request or the phone.
