★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo a ninguém comprar nesta loja. Vendem um colchão caro e uma base de box péssima, onde as rodinhas se desmontam no primeiro dia de uso. Estou numa luta com o SAC da loja. O telefone sempre está com problema e na loja eles dizem para usar o email como canal de comunicação. Fora isso depois de muito custo eles prometeram trocar a peça no dia 27 de novembro e hoje 22 de dezembro ainda não trocaram.
 I do not recommend anyone to buy in this store. They sell an expensive mattress and a terrible box base, where the wheels are disassembled on the first day of use. I'm in a fight with the store's SAC. The phone is always in trouble and in the store they say to use email as a communication channel. Other than that after much cost they promised to change the piece on November 27 and today December 22 have not changed yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perguntarmos porquê o colchão que queríamos estava quase o dobro do valor de outras lojas, o gerente disse que mesmo sendo da mesma marca e modelo, o colchão deles era "melhorado" pois eram os maiores revendedores daquela marca na Brasil e a fábrica fazia essa "gentileza" para eles... Nunca ouvi um argumento de vendas tão criativo!
Asking why the mattress we wanted was almost twice the value of other stores, the manager said that even though it was the same brand and model, their mattress was "improved" because they were the biggest resellers of that brand in Brazil and the factory did this " kindness "to them ... I've never heard such a creative sales pitch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui mal atendido para fazer a troca do colchão, funcionário estava com má vontade de querer mostrar os modelos disponíveis na loja e ainda ficou fazendo piadinhas sem graça na hora do atendimento e falou a seguinte frase depois de todo o transtorno que tivemos para conseguir fazer a troca do colchão:
"Tá vendo, não foi tão ruim assim..."
Não foi tão ruim assim?? É porque não foi com você e não era a sua coluna que estava doendo todo dia por estar dormindo em um colchão afundado!
Tive problema com a marca Flex duas vezes com o mesmo modelo de colchão, pois os dois afundaram em pouco tempo de uso, não recomendo e ainda tive que colocar mais de R$600,00 para completar a troca do novo colchão de outra marca, já que o dinheiro não foi devolvido pelo fabricante do colchão e também tive que chamar o técnico duas vezes para poder ajustar a cama box(base) pois estava fazendo muito barulho, os pistões estavam ruins e tiveram que ser trocados, mas ainda acho a qualidade da cama box feita pela SP BASE bem ruim e com o tampo meio empenado.
Na hora de vender é tudo lindo, mas quando ocorre problema com o produto, a gente tem que tentar resolver tudo sozinho com o fabricante do colchão a Sleep House não faz nada para ajudar o cliente que foi lá e pagou caro!

I had problem with the Flex brand twice with the same mattress model, because the two sank in a short time of use, I do not recommend and I still had to put more than $ 600 to complete the exchange of the new mattress of another brand, already that the money was not returned by the manufacturer of the mattress and also had to call the technician twice to be able to adjust the box bed (base) because it was making a lot of noise, the pistons were bad and had to be changed, but I still think the quality of the bed box made by SP BASE very bad and with the top half warped.
When it comes to selling everything is beautiful, but when there is a problem with the product, we have to try to solve everything alone with the manufacturer of the mattress Sleep House does nothing to help the customer who went there and paid dearly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim, não sei se precisa ir de terno provar colchão, mas deve ter sido pela vestimenta que estava adequada dado o calor insuportável, perderam a chance com alguém que estava disposto a pagar alto se a qualidade atendesse a expectativa e o atendimento fosse minimamente humano, afinal se eu não precisa-se de atendimento compraria direto pelo site. Existem marcas excelentes no mercado que vc não precisará pagar 8k em um colchão para dormir bem. Dêem valor para produtos nacionais que atendem tanto quanto essas empresas de colchões "importados" com fabricação no Brasil.
