★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar do horário agendado pessoalmente fui atendido com 1,20 h.m. de atraso, isso porque pede para que as pessoas cheguem com 30 mi. de antecedência, então fiquei quase duas horas esperando. Para uma pessoa DEFICIENTE como eu é uma eternidade. Só compensa pelo excelente atendimento prestado por aquelas moças.Achei que fossem advogadas mas são estudantes.
Despite the time scheduled personally I was attended with 1.20 h.m. delay, because it asks people to arrive with 30 mln. in advance, so I spent almost two hours waiting. For a DISABLED person like me it is an eternity. It only makes up for the excellent service provided by those girls. I thought they were lawyers but they are students.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom o atendimento, foi rápido e tranquilo. O ponto negativo fica apenas para o prazo que foi agendado, os mesmos alegam que possuem muitas solicitações e por isso o prazo de praticamente 4 meses para levar toda a documentação e entrar com o processo de pequenas causas. Fora isso, tudo certo. Moça da recepção muito simpática e atenciosa com as pessoas no local.
Very good service was quick and quiet. The downside is only for the time that has been scheduled, they claim they have too many requests and so the deadline of almost 4 months to take all documentation and file the small claims process. Other than that, all right. Reception lady very friendly and helpful to people on site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa tarde, estive no Juizado Especial - Unisal no inicio de agosto, compareci em uma segunda-feira as 13:00h ( conforme internet acusa o funcionamento neste período de quarentena), infelizmente não foi aberto para atendimento. Passaram-me um numero de celular da Unisal para contato e informações a respeito do atendimento, mas não estou tendo sucesso. Por favor, se alguém souber sobre a situação do Juizado Especial - se realmente está acontecendo, agradeço.
Good afternoon, I was at the Special Court - Unisal at the beginning of August, I attended on a Monday at 13:00 (as internet accuses the functioning in this quarantine period), unfortunately it was not open for assistance. I was given a Unisal cell phone number for contact and information about the service, but I am not having success. Please, if anyone knows about the situation of the Special Court - if it is really happening, thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quer perder tempo e paciência esse é o lugar certo . Sabemos que a justiça e lenda no nosso país mais nesse juizado chega a passos de formiga . Seu processo e jogado de uma pessoa para outra , no meu caso já está na quinta pessoa, um faz mais lambança que o outro , dificultando e atrasando o processo . Sem falar que eles não passam nenhum tipo de informação e quando passam é com uma falta de educação e vontade que da medo . Há única experiência positiva é que já estou quase formado em direito sem ter frequentado a faculdade já que eu que tenho que buscar todas as informações e ferramentas necessárias para resolver meu processo.
You want to waste time and patience this is the right place. We know that justice and legend in our country more in this court reaches the steps of ants. Your process is played from one person to another, in my case it is already in the fifth person, one does more mess than the other, making it difficult and delaying the process. Not to mention that they do not pass any information and when they do, it is with a lack of education and desire that gives fear. There is only positive experience is that I am almost graduated in law without having attended college since I have to find all the information and tools necessary to resolve my case.

The website says it's open but in fact you don't, it's closed and there's no contact number, so it's difficult.

Vc vai pessoalmente dizem que desde a pandemia só pelo telefone.
Liguei 36 vezes no mesmo dia e ninguém atende . Porque já não fecham o atendimento de uma vez ao invés das pessoas ficarem perdendo tempo na ilusão de serem atendidas algum dia
Bad experience.
