Após três dias fui informado por WhatsApp "damos preferência para atendimento no balcão".
Infelizmente perderam um possível cliente, levei meu produto a outra assistência técnica.
Bad service, do not recommend. I was informed that I would receive the quote over the phone and I didn't.
After three days I was informed by WhatsApp "we give preference to service at the counter".
Unfortunately they lost a possible customer, I took my product to another technical assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei 2 lapTops para formatação. Não entregaram no prazo acordado (1 semana) e não responderam às minha mensagens e ligações. Fui até a loja e disseram que não conseguiram formatar e para minha surpresa, Os lapTops estavam abertos! O funcionário fechou e me entregou do jeito que estava e disse que não deu tempo de formatar!
Péssimo atendimento! Não indico!
I left 2 lapTops for formatting. They did not deliver within the agreed deadline (1 week) and did not respond to my messages and calls. I went to the store and they said they couldn't format it and to my surprise, the lapTops were open! The employee closed it and handed it to me as it was and said there was no time to format it!
Terrible attendance! I do not indicate!
