★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A minha experiência com a empresa foi bem ruim, eu tive muita dor de cabeça pra arrumar o meu celular (que no fim nem arrumei)
Meu iPhone havia caído no vaso sanitário, então eu levei até eles, fizeram a desoxidação bonitinho e tudo ok, porém a câmera traseira do celular não estava funcionando, e eles simplesmente não sabiam me dizer o que tinha acontecido e também não conseguiam arrumar, inicialmente pediram 3 dias, que claro eu que precisei entrar em contato para ter um parecer, nisso era um fds então virou 5 dias corridos, depois me pediram mais 7 dias úteis, passado os dias entrei em contato e nada, pediram mais 10 dias, gente eu nunca vi isso, uma demora dessa pra descobrir qual é o problema da câmera pra arrumar, pq mesmo fazendo a troca da câmera eles não conseguiam consertar então eu tive paciência pra esperar esse tempo todo, como também já tinha pago o valor da desoxidação pra eles e tudo mais.. mas no final eu desisti, achei muita enrolação. Eles não cumpriam com nenhum prazo, não avisavam nada, eu que tinha que ficar correndo atrás pra no final pedirem pra esperar, fora que por 2x eu entrei em contato perguntando se podia comparecer até um dos estabelecimentos, aí o funcionário dizia que sim que iriam me receber, e ao chegar no local informa que todos estavam em treinamento, pra eu voltar no outro dia ou ir na outra unidade, da outra vez falaram que eu podia ir, mas ao chegar lá estavam em almoço… O rapaz que me atendeu pelo telefone na época era simpático, de resto não gostei, eu particularmente não voltaria
My experience with the company was very bad, I had a lot of headache to fix my cell phone (which in the end I didn't even fix it)
My iPhone had fallen into the toilet, so I took it to them, they did the cute deoxidization and everything ok, but the phone's rear camera wasn't working, and they just couldn't tell me what had happened and they couldn't fix it, initially. they asked for 3 days, which of course I needed to get in touch to get an opinion, it was a weekend so it turned into 5 calendar days, then they asked me for another 7 working days, after the days I got in touch and nothing, they asked for another 10 days, people I've never seen it, such a delay to find out what the problem is with the camera to fix it, because even changing the camera they couldn't fix it so I had the patience to wait all this time, as I had already paid the deoxidation price to them and everything else.. but in the end I gave up, I thought it was a lot of fuss. They didn't meet any deadlines, they didn't warn anything, I had to keep running back to ask to wait at the end, apart from that for 2x I got in touch asking if I could go to one of the establishments, then the employee said yes they would receive me, and when I arrive at the place, he informs that everyone was in training, so I could come back the next day or go to the other unit, the other time they said I could go, but when I got there, they were having lunch... phone at the time was nice, otherwise I didn't like it, I wouldn't go back

I had my cell phone repaired, great service over the phone and in person. The service delivery deadline was met without problems and the price is very good compared to other places.
