★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pra comprar uma película de vidro pro meu Poco X3. A moça disse que tinha a película e colocou. Não recebi nenhuma nota ou cupom fiscal. Só depois que cheguei em casa foi que percebi que a película tinha uma borda preta muito espessa, de forma que cobria parte dos ícones dos apps e dos botões dentro dos mesmos. Voltei 2 dias depois na mesma loja, pra tentar trocar por outra película mas outra moça me atendeu dizendo que eles não tinham outro modelo de película pro meu smartphone. Sugeri que fosse feita uma troca por outro produto mas me negaram porque a película já estava aplicada. Me senti um pouco lesado porque não conseguiram resolver o problema e nem mostraram o mínimo interesse em resolver. Agora vou ter de ficar com uma película que vai cobrir uma parte da tela do meu aparelho pra não ter que jogar meus R$35 no lixo.
 I went to buy a glass film for my Poco X3. The girl said she had the film and put it on. I didn't receive any invoice or tax coupon. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed that the film had a very thick black border, so that it covered part of the app icons and the buttons inside them. I returned 2 days later to the same store, to try to change for another film but another girl answered me saying that they didn't have another model of film for my smartphone. I suggested that an exchange be made for another product but they refused me because the film was already applied. I felt a little aggrieved because they couldn't solve the problem and didn't even show any interest in solving it. Now I'm going to have to stick with a film that will cover a part of my device's screen so I don't have to throw my R$35 in the trash.
