Em relação ao chip e cartão de memória, vocês receberam o celular assim, se não fossem ficar com eles, deveriam ter me devolvido na hora do recebimento do equipamento.
A tela protetora da câmera estava trocada e vcs tiraram a tela para colocar outra é devolveram sem proteção nenhuma na câmera.
A tela do celular não ficou 100% funcionando, mas como já não confio no serviço de vocês não quis acionar a garantia.
Vocês combinaram de me entregar o celular as 15h e entregou as 20:30h, sem o chip, então não é minha obrigação cuidar do chip, já que entreguei o celular com o chip, obrigação de vcs entregarem o chip no outro dia para mim.
Quis apoiar um ex militar, na confiança de indicação de amigos, mas me arrependi.
Espero que melhore seus serviços.

NA SMART HARD GASTEI 250,00 REAIS O CÉLULA ESTÁ NOVO . DEFEITO ERA APENAS O CONECTOR DA PLACA E MOULO ...
