Só tenho a agradecer!Eu trouxe o meu All in one HP na loja SpeedTech, após ter levado em outros lojas do RJ para conserto pois ele não saía da tela do Boot, em outros locais formataram e restauraram e não adiantou, deram até o equipamento como perdido, aqui na SmartTech do Nova AMerica técnico Rodrigo abriu o meu all in one e prontamente identificou o problema e resolveu em questão de dias, coisa que não fizeram antes. A conclusão que eu tive é que realmente essa loja é resolutiva demais, profissionais super educados e qualificados e que explicam e mostram tudo que estão fazendo no computador. Serviço de qualidade e satisfatório. Nota 10

I brought my All in one HP at the SpeedTech store, after taking it to other stores in RJ for repair because it didn't leave the Boot screen, in other places they formatted and restored it and it didn't help, they even gave the equipment as lost, here at SmartTech do Nova AMerica, technician Rodrigo opened my all in one and promptly identified the problem and solved it in a matter of days, something they hadn't done before. The conclusion I had is that this store is really very resolute, super educated and qualified professionals who explain and show everything they are doing on the computer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inicialmente levei meu Playstation 5 , que não estava mais ligando, e em menos de 2 dias o problema foi resolvido e ele voltou a funcionar normalmente. Gostei tanto do serviço e do atendimento que voltei para fazer a troca da pasta térmica do ps4 (estava fazendo muito barulho e esquentando mais do que deveria). Esse serviço foi feito no mesmo dia , cerca de 24 horas estava pronto. O ps4 agora parece que acabou de sair da caixa, esta zero.
Rápido atendimento, educação e preço justo. Recomendo!!!

Infra. Polite, attentive professionals and the price was very fair, more affordable than the info center. I upgraded my SSD and my notebook was Mara! Super fast. They also did a good cleaning and a general overhaul. The professional let me know everything via WhatsApp and to search, I preferred to use the motoboy service. Levei para limpeza e troca de pasta térmica/ manutenção do controle que estava com analógico puxando e direcional ruim TB. Em 4h eu já estava com o game em mãos com todos os procedimentos realizados.

From the beginning the service was fast and very transparent. Cool and very professional people who give support at all times. Even the speed to remove my Xbox one S was fast.
I took it to cleaning and replacement of thermal paste/maintenance of the control that was with analog pulling and bad directional TB. In 4 hours I already had the game in hand with all the procedures performed.

Eles me cobraram pra arrumar meu Xbox . Recomendo muito lá pra quem procura arrumar, os seus vídeo games na SmartTech.

Great place to fix the video game I went to their store at the villain game to take it, to fix an Xbox One Fat with a sudden shutdown that had been stopped for a long time and I was well attended at their store and they fixed it right away. super attentive they let us play we video games that they have there, while you wait for the repair around 3 days it was brand new working perfectly and they test the video game right away and it's a fair price that. They charged me to fix my Xbox. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to fix their video games at SmartTech.
