★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento foi muito bom, desde o momento do pré exame, exame e pós exame no fornecimento de informações para pegar o resultado.
A única ressalva, é que no dia da coleta, a enfermeira, que foi muito delicada e cuidadosa no trato comigo, durante todo o procedimento da coleta, ficou com a máscara abaixada, deixando nariz e boca aparecendo.
Deveria, na minha opinião, ter mantido a máscara corretamente colocada durante todo o exame.
Service was very good, from the moment of the pre-exam, exam and post-exam in providing information to get the result.
The only caveat is that on the day of collection, the nurse, who was very delicate and careful in dealing with me, throughout the collection procedure, kept the mask down, leaving her nose and mouth showing.
I should, in my opinion, have kept the mask correctly placed throughout the exam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conhecia o laboratório, a enfermeira tem uma mão boa, mas achei bem precária a parte de higiene. Não perguntaram quantas horas de jejum, enfermeira sem luvas, e até então, seria pelo convênio, e a enfermeira disse que seria tudo pago e o valor seria reembolsado. Depois a clínica me informou que realmente não seria nada pago. Achei uma equipe despreparada, não avisaram a clínica que eu ia colher sangue lá, enfim... Não recomendo e não gostei muito da postura da enfermeira. Tava desesperada para ir embora, entre outras coisas.
I didn't know the laboratory, the nurse has a good hand, but I found the hygiene part very precarious. They didn't ask how many hours of fasting, a nurse without gloves, and until then, it would be through the insurance, and the nurse said that everything would be paid for and the amount would be reimbursed. Then the clinic informed me that there would really be nothing paid. I found an unprepared team, they didn't tell the clinic that I was going to collect blood there, anyway... I don't recommend it and I didn't really like the nurse's attitude. I was desperate to leave, among other things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conhecia o laboratório, primeira vez que colho com a empresa. Fui atendida pela enfermeira Olga e achei ela super cuidadosa e simpática. Além disso, há enorme praticidade em poder colher o sangue diretamente de casa. Recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conhecia o laboratório e fiz por indicação do médico parceiro.
Uma observação: vocês poderiam mandar mais materiais pra esterilização e coleta. A mesma agulha que furou um braço, usaram para furar o outro e o mesmo swab de álcool também. Isso me deixou preocupada! Sei que já não estamos mais na fase crítica da pandemia, mas pelo menos um álcool gel na mão deve ser passado ao entrar na casa do cliente e antes da coleta.
Do mais, a simpatia e praticidade da coleta em casa foram bons.
I didn't know the laboratory and I did it on the recommendation of the partner doctor.
An observation: you could send more materials for sterilization and collection. The same needle that pierced one arm they used to pierce the other and the same alcohol swab as well. This made me worried! I know we are no longer in the critical phase of the pandemic, but at least one hand sanitizer must be passed when entering the client's home and before collection.
Furthermore, the friendliness and practicality of collecting at home were good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive o atendimento a domicilio pela Enfª Olga que é um amor de pessoa, prestativa, tem um ótimo atendimento, chegou antes do horário e entrou em ctto comigo perguntando se poderia ter o atendimento antes do agendado ou seu eu preferia ser atendida no horário agendado. Ao finalizar a coleta do exame eu não estava me sentindo bem rsrs, tive uma queda de pressão, ela prestou todo suporte, me orientou de como ficar para eu voltar ao "normal", e ficou o tempo todo acompanhando meu estado e só foi embora qdo ela percebeu que eu já estava bem e eu informei que já estava tudo bem.
Agradeço pelo ótimo atendimento dela.
