★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe foi pessimamente atendida. Agradaram um exame que a unidade não fazia ea deixaram esperando por 2.5 horas até dizerem quenão faziam o exame agendado. Falta de respeito. Infelizmente minha mãe não pesquisou para verificar aqui nas avaliações o quão péssima essa unidade. Ressaltando aqui que minha mãe é paciente oncológica e isso constava na ficha dela.
 My mother was badly treated. They liked an exam that the unit didn't do and kept her waiting for 2.5 hours until they said they didn't do the scheduled exam. Lack of respect. Unfortunately my mother didn't research to verify here in the reviews how bad this unit is. Emphasizing here that my mother is an oncology patient and this was included in her file.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente apenas queria ressaltar que tive um atendimento excelente por menino com dificuldades de mobilidade, que realmente queria me ajudar com o atraso da entrega dos meus exames (mais de 1 dia após o prazo de entrega). Porém quando este funcionário foi solicitar algumas ajudas aos outros os funcionários, não houve nenhum apoio, deixando ele de lado e o menosprezando. Eu possuo familiares com deficiência, pedi a ele pra deixar meu caso de lado que aguardaria o envio pelo site, pois me senti ofendido com a situação. Consigo até colocar na cabeça o atraso do exames, mas ver a o próprio laboratório fazendo descaso com um de seus funcionários isso realmente não consigo acreditar agora, uma verdade vergonha!!!!
First, I just wanted to point out that I had an excellent service for a boy with mobility difficulties, who really wanted to help me with the delay in delivering my exams (more than 1 day after the deadline). However, when this employee went to ask for some help from the other employees, there was no support, leaving him aside and belittling him. I have family members with disabilities, I asked him to put my case aside and I would wait for it to be sent through the website, because I felt offended by the situation. I can even put in my head the delay of the exams, but seeing the laboratory itself neglecting one of its employees, I really can't believe it now, a real shame!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, eu vim com a expectativa bem baixa por causa dos comentários mas deu tudo certo num tempo bom.
Meu exame de ressonância era 7h20 e pediram pra chegar 6h50.
Fiz tudo em 50 minutos e estou indo embora com as imagens. Não tenho nenhuma reclamação.
A dica é marque bem cedo e chegue antes do que pediram, é muita papelada. E venha preparado, deixe acessórios em casa, uma roupa fácil de colocar/tirar.
Look, I came with very low expectations because of the comments but everything went well in a good time.
My MRI exam was 7:20 am and they asked to arrive at 6:50 am.
I did it all in 50 minutes and I'm walking away with the images. I don't have any complaints.
The tip is to book early and arrive earlier than asked, it's a lot of paperwork. And come prepared, leave accessories at home, an outfit that's easy to put on / take off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A única reclamação que tenho a fazer é a respeito do ESPAÇO MULHER, até porque se o espaço são para Mulheres, não deveria ser permitida a entrada de homens e nas duas vezes no qual estive lá, tinham homens no local e não se tratavam de médicos. Achei bem constrangedor, até porque precisamos sair do vestiário com o avental que nos é dado para fazer o exame e é super desconfortável ter homens transitando no local, simplesmente não faz o menor sentido.
Não tenho oque reclamar do atendimento, fui muito bem atendida por todos os funcionários com que tive contato. Os exames acabaram atrasando um pouco para serem feitos, porém nada absurdo.
The only complaint I have is about ESPAÇO WOMEN, because if the space is for women, men should not be allowed in and the two times I was there, there were men in the place and they weren't doctors . I found it quite embarrassing, because we have to leave the locker room with the apron given to us to take the exam and it's super uncomfortable to have men walking around the place, it just doesn't make any sense.
I have nothing to complain about the service, I was very well attended by all the employees I had contact with. The exams ended up delaying a little to be done, but nothing absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu tinha uma densitometria agendada para as 09:30 na unidade Aricanduva. Fiz também o check-in antecipado no site, porque dizia que isso agilizaria meu atendimento. Quando cheguei para fazer o exame me deram uma senha. Fiquei mais de 45 minutos para ser chamada, isso porque questionei a demora. Tive que responder informar novamente todos os dados e fui encaminhada para o Espaço Mulher, onde mais de 12 mulheres estavam esperando para fazer exames de imagem. Desisti, pedi o estorno do pagamento e saí de lá por volta de 11h. Péssima experiência. Não recomendo esse laboratório para ninguém.
I had a densitometry scheduled for 09:30 at the Aricanduva unit. I also checked in early on the website, because it said that would speed up my service. When I arrived to take the exam they gave me a password. I stayed more than 45 minutes to be called, that's because I questioned the delay. I had to respond to inform all the data again and I was referred to Espaço Mulher, where more than 12 women were waiting to undergo imaging tests. I gave up, asked for a refund and left around 11 am. Bad experience. I do not recommend this lab to anyone.

Agendei Colonoscopia na unidade Aricanduva, um exame de preparo muito chato e tive problema com a informação do preparo, cancelaram meu exame e tive que fazer o exame na semana seguinte. Gastei com as medições e o sofrimento do preparo, perdi dia de trabalho.
A enfermeira que faz a primeira triagem, disse que eu não poderia estar de jejum de 4h de líquido, porém o preparo que enviam por e-mail diz que o jejum no dia do exame é de 4h.
Mostrei o preparo que foi enviado a mim e ela alega já ter tido vários problemas com isso e diz que o preparo deles é de 12h em jejum de líquido, pois a água dificulta a visualização do exame. Fingi que acreditei na desculpa e fiz minhas pesquisas. Adivinhem, o canal utilizado para fazer o exame também tem a função de sugar a água.
Cancelaram alegando isso e remarcaram, tive todo o sofrimento do preparo, gasto com as medicações e pedi dias de trabalho.
Voltei no dia remarcado, e a pergunta da mesma enfermeira foi, fez jejum de 4h de líquido?
Me fizeram de palhaça! Quer dizer que o preparo muda conforme a semana? Marquei o exame no dia que o preparo é de 4h em jejum?
Não indico essa unidade a ninguém!

I scheduled a Colonoscopy at the Aricanduva unit, a very boring prep exam and I had a problem with the prep information, they canceled my exam and I had to do the exam the following week. I spent on measurements and the suffering of preparation, I lost a day of work.
The nurse who does the first triage said that I could not fast for 4 hours of liquid, but the preparation they send by email says that fasting on the day of the exam is 4 hours.
I showed the preparation that was sent to me and she claims to have had several problems with it and says that their preparation is for 12 hours in liquid fasting, because the water makes it difficult to see the exam. I pretended I believed the excuse and did my research. Guess what, the channel used to take the exam also has the function of sucking water.
They canceled alleging this and rescheduled, I had all the suffering of the preparation, spent with the medications and asked for days of work.
I came back on the rescheduled day, and the question from the same nurse was, did you fast for 4 hours of liquid?
Made me a clown! Do you mean that the preparation changes according to the week? Did I schedule the exam on the day that the preparation is 4 hours fasting?
I do not recommend this unit to anyone!

Quando cheguei no Lavoisier me informaram que a maquina do exame de Colposcopia tinha acabado de quebrar e não deu tempo de ligar para avisar. Remarcaram meu exame para alguns dias depois e ao chegar na unidade na data informada e depois de algumas horas de espera, fui informada que a internet tinha caído e sem previsão de volta, quem quisesse, poderia esperar ou deveria remarcar o exame. Tive que remarcar o exame após alguns dias depois e para minha surpresa, faltando 03 dias para o exame, recebo uma mensagem informando que "Por motivo de ausência médica seu exame precisa ser realizado em outra data/unidade."
Sinceramente estou bem decepcionada, pois nunca tive problema na unidade da Av. Angélica.
Infelizmente só agora pude ver o taaaaanto de reclamações que a unidade da Av. Aricanduva tem, com certeza a minha será só mais uma.
Sem falar no Espaço da Mulher que só tem o nome mesmo.

When I arrived at Lavoisier, I was informed that the Colposcopy exam machine had just broken down and there was no time to call to let me know. My exam was rescheduled for a few days later and when I arrived at the unit on the informed date and after a few hours of waiting, I was informed that the internet had gone down and without a return forecast, anyone who wanted to, could wait or should reschedule the exam. I had to reschedule the exam a few days later and to my surprise, with 3 days left for the exam, I receive a message stating that "Due to medical absence, your exam needs to be performed on another date/unit."
Honestly I'm very disappointed, because I never had a problem with the Av unit. Angelica.
Unfortunately, only now could I see the soooo many complaints that the Av unit. Aricanduva has, for sure mine will be just one more.
Not to mention the Women's Space that only has the same name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não prometam o q não possam cumprir. Não tem porque abrir de domingo se vcs não tem pessoal pra isso. Chegamos 9:19, e 1 hora depois não tinham chamado a senha pra abrir ficha! Ficamos observando se o painel de coleta andava tb, e não andou, do jeito q estava qdo chegamos ficou, na senha 346, sendo q as senhas anteriores até a 350, já tinham passado pela mesa. E o painel só chamava as senhas dos exames de imagens as 1788, 1789 e por ai vai, nisso umas das antendentes foi falar pro recepcionista q o pessoal ia parar de atender pra ajudar nos exames, ou seja, ia diminuir o numero de atendentes e sim, ficou apenas 2, atendendo o pessoal dos exames agendados e a coleta completamente parada. E o meu marido em jejum, e qdo antendendesse provavelmente o tempo de jejum já estaria muito grande. Revejam seus horários e escalas.
