★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no primeiro ano foi normal...internet rápida e estável sem oscilação, e caía 1 vez a cada 2 meses, e ficava no maximo umas 3 horas pra voltar.Porém, bastou começar o segundo ano e cai 1 vez por semana, nos fins de semana, sem contar que é instável (de 15 megas cai pra 5, volta pra 10, o tempo todo).E quando cai , fica mais de 2 dias sem. Péssimo serviço.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ficar Péssima precisa melhorar muito ainda!! Hoje fazendo download na velocidade de 0.04 kb/s sendo que a internet é de 1 MB! Me lembro que na época da internet discada conseguia chegar nos 40 kb/s. SAC sempre fala que é o roteador e faz testes querendo dizer que o problema é na casa do cliente! Eles nunca estão sabendo de problema nenhum quando ligamos! Sem contar que feriados e fds não temos suporte!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro no Colina Verde em Piracicaba, e estou 2 dias sem internet sem previsão de volta, eu e meu marido trabalha em casa e estamos parados esses dias. Acho muito injusto ficar todo esse tempo sem internet e pagar caro e sem poder cancelar pois tem multa mais de $1000!!! É um lixo a internet e o suporte técnico que não resolve nada em finais de semana! Parabéns por serem a pior internet da cidade! Não recomendo a ninguém!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dois meses fiz uma reclamação aqui pois novamente vocês nos deixam sem internet no final de semana, pago os boletos certinho e se pago por uma coisa gostaria de poder desfrutar do mesmo, ligamos aí mais vocês não atende fazem pouco caso dos clientes e acho isso muita sacanagem da parte de vocês, se a torre ou sei lá o que vocês usam para mandar sinal de internet para seus clientes deus algum problema vocês deveriam nós avisar pois número de telefone dos clientes vocês tem pois colocamos no contrato, em pleno domingo vocês com problemas e a empresa fechada e vocês não dão uma explicação, sacanagem da parte de vocês, estarei cancelando o contrato com vocês em breve. Dando uma estrela mais se pudesse não daria nenhuma.
