★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone não funciona. Pedem para mandar mensagem no Whatsapp, contudo, deixam o cliente esperando eternamente ou só atendem após muita insistência no Whatsapp e telefone. Atendimento deixa muito a desejar, na minha opinião.
Telephone answering does not work. They ask to send a message on Whatsapp, however, leave the customer waiting forever or only answer after a lot of insistence on Whatsapp and phone. Service leaves a lot to be desired, in my opinion.
