★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles são bons para receber, já saí de lá com o carro pior do que estava, voltei 1 mês depois para solucionar o problema e eles colocaram um monte de impecilios.
Vou resolver com eles no pequenas causas.
 They are good to receive, I left there with the car worse than it was, I returned 1 month later to solve the problem and they put a lot of flaws.
I will settle with them on small claims.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior escolha q eu já fiz, liguei pra vários lugares pra avaliar o preço, o deles era o melhor, quando cheguei pra trocar o preço era quase 200 reais a mais, não fiz o serviço e minha embreagem está quase me deixando na rua agora, nunca mais volto nesse lugar.
Worst choice I've ever made, I called several places to assess the price, theirs was the best, when I arrived to change the price it was almost 200 reais more, I didn't do the job and my clutch is almost leaving me on the street now, I'll never go back to that place again.

Na semana passada voltei na loja informando que a embreagem estava ruim que o pedal estava fazendo barulho qdo pisava a moça temou comigo e disse que o barulho era do banco e pediu um funcionário para que regulasse a embreagem e falou que o problema era no cabo, no momento até ficou bom mas passando mais um dia rodando a embreagem voltou a ficar ruim, tremendo e embolando tudo e na loja falaram que a embreagem não tinha problema algum. Hoje nem consegui tirar o carro da garagem. Chamei um reboque e levei em uma oficina e foi diagnosticado o problema na embreagem.
Não recomendo ninguém a fazer troca nesta loja porque na hora de vender e uma maravilha mas se houver problema vc fica na mão e inventam um monte de coisa pra não dar garantia ?
The cheap that is expensive, I changed the kit 5 months ago.
Last week I came back to the store informing that the clutch was bad that the pedal was making noise when I was stepping on the girl feared me and said that the noise was from the bank and asked an employee to adjust the clutch and said that the problem was with the cable, at the time it was good, but spending another day running the clutch again, it was bad again, shaking and squeezing everything and in the store they said that the clutch had no problem at all. Today I couldn't even get the car out of the garage. I called a trailer and took it to a workshop and the problem in the clutch was diagnosed.
I don't recommend anyone to trade in this store because when it's time to sell it's wonderful, but if there's a problem, you're on hand and they invent a lot of things to not give you a guarantee ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho uma Mercedes ML 230 1998, como não existem peças para ela no Brasil eu precisei recondicionar o kit de embreagem, procurei varias lojas e só a Cris mostrou interesse em me ajudar, era necessário ir até a oficina onde o carro estava, na savassi, para retirar o volante do motor para medição correta da empreagem só a Cris se dispos a isso. A Cris resolveu o meu problema, o preço foi otimo e a qualidade do serviço fantastica! Se pudesse eu daria mais que 5 estrelas, super recomendo!
I have a Mercedes ML 230 1998, as there are no parts for it in Brazil I had to recondition the clutch kit, I went to several stores and only Cris showed interest in helping me, it was necessary to go to the workshop where the car was, in the savassi, to remove the flywheel from the engine for correct measurement of the clutch only Cris is willing to do so. Cris solved my problem, the price was great and the quality of the service was fantastic! If I could I would give more than 5 stars, I highly recommend it!

Trocaram minha embreagem"parcial" sem necessidade, não me devolveram o colar e toda ela estava boa,era o garfo mas a atendente condenou a embreagem so pra fazer o serviço, mesmo vendo que fizeram errado nem desconto me deram, nao volto e não recomendo. Hoje 05/05/2022
My experience was terrible!!! They changed my "partial" clutch unnecessarily, they didn't return the necklace to me and it was all good, it was the fork but the attendant condemned the clutch just to do the service, even seeing that they did it wrong, they didn't even give me a discount, I won't be back and I don't recommend it .
