★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei ferro e telhas e a mesma enrolaram na entrega, demora surreal… tive que voltar ao local e mostraram as telhas sendo colocada no caminhão e que já seria entregue, e mesmo assim não foi. Um cliente super revoltado com a empresa e arrependido de não ter comprado em outro local… tinha 15 dias de férias para resolver e a área ficou os 15 dias assim como demostrado na foto que vou deixar. Foi muito desgastante e as telhas não foram entregue ainda no momento que registro minha experiência com a SÓ FERRO!
I bought iron and tiles and they rolled up on delivery, surreal delay… I had to go back to the place and they showed the tiles being placed on the truck and that it would already be delivered, and even so it wasn't. A customer very angry with the company and regretting not having bought elsewhere… he had 15 days of vacation to resolve and the area stayed the 15 days as shown in the photo I'm going to leave. It was very exhausting and the tiles have not yet been delivered when I register my experience with SÓ FERRO!
