★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente sensacional, o projetista Rafael e o gerente Fábio fizeram total diferença para fechar o projeto, Rafael alterou várias vezes o projeto sempre prestativo e atencioso me auxíliou em todas as decisões e coisas que eu nem sabia, o gerente Fábio prometeu e cumpriu com a entrega antes do final do ano e detalhe ainda entregou antes do prazo, a instalação foi perfeita e completa. Super recomendo a loja pois desde o início foram prestativos e entenderam meu perfil e me auxiliaram fazendo todo o possível para que meu projeto fosse realizado da forma que sonhei! Mto obrigada sob medida e em especial ao projetista Rafael e ao gerente Fábio!!!! Logo mais iremos montar os demais cômodos da casa
Simply sensational, the designer Rafael and the manager Fábio made a total difference to close the project, Rafael repeatedly changed the project, always helpful and attentive, helped me with all the decisions and things I didn't even know, the manager Fábio promised and fulfilled the delivery before the end of the year and detail even delivered before the deadline, the installation was perfect and complete. I highly recommend the store because from the beginning they were helpful and understood my profile and helped me doing everything possible for my project to be carried out the way I dreamed! Thank you very much and especially to the designer Rafael and the manager Fábio !!!! Soon we will set up the rest of the house

Great experience right before going to the store. There it got better. The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente experiência ruim..... não cumprem prazo e nem dão satisfação, você tem que ficar ligando para cobrar e ainda sem sucesso, estou esperando entrega e instalação, por que começaram e deixaram serviço incompleto, sem portas e parte do que instalou, no caso as caixas estão com problemas para resolver.
Unfortunately, bad experience..... they don't meet deadline or give satisfaction, you have to keep calling to collect and still without success, I'm waiting for delivery and installation, because they started and left incomplete service, without doors and part of what you installed, in case the boxes are having problems to solve.

Fechei pedido em Dezembro/21 com previsão de entrega para final de Abril, para minha surpresa, no final de Março recebi mensagem para agendamento da entrega e montagem, a entrega dos móveis foi realizada bem antes do prazo prometido. Super feliz com todo suporte e atendimento.
I had an excellent shopping experience, the service from the consultant James was spectacular and the great support from the manager Halana throughout my purchase journey. I placed an order in December/21 with a delivery forecast for the end of April, to my surprise, at the end of March I received a message to schedule the delivery and assembly, the delivery of the furniture was carried out well before the promised deadline. Super happy with all the support and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi incrível, desde o primeiro contato via WhatsApp, já me encaminharam para o atendimento com a Bárbara que seria a pessoa que cuidaria do meu projeto. Ela foi super atenciosa, no atendimento presencial, mostrou todos os detalhes, me ajudou a elaborar o projeto do jeito que eu gostaria, com muita paciência.
O atendimento no geral foi excelente, cheguei e já foi oferecido café/água/suco, e até mesmo uns canapés, atendimento nota 10!
Por enquanto não tenho nenhum ponto a reclamar, espero que continue assim até o final do meu projeto, mas estou super feliz!
