★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A venda de um serum que, segundo eles, tem a capacidade de promover o nascimento de novos fios na sobrancelha é ILUSÃO. Uso há mais de um ano e NÃO ADIANTOU NADA. As funcionárias conversam mais do que trabalham e a hora marcada NUNCA É RESPEITADA e já tive que esperar por mais de uma hora, apesar de ter marcado com antecedência.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mais um desses lugares que fazem o serviço e insistem (insistem mesmo!) em empurrar produtos "milagrosos". Sou calejada com esses tipos de pessoa, então não comprei nada oferecido. Mas o pior está por vir: só usam linha na parte de cima da sobrancelha; na parte de baixo é com pinça. Eu, que tenho sobrancelha bagunçada, SEMPRE fui a favor da linha embaixo, porque funciona como uma régua. Conclusão: ficou mais grossa do que eu gostaria - mas não pedi pra afinar porque a essa altura já não confiava na profissional -, e com pelos espetados como se tivesse sido feita por mim, em casa.
E não adianta vir com replica - embora seja um direito - porque achei muito, muito ruim. Entregar minhas sobrancelhas na mão de alguém é algo quase sagrado, daí minha imensa decepção.
Another one of those places that do the job and insist (really insist!) On pushing "miraculous" products. I'm tough with these types of people, so I didn't buy anything offered. But the worst is yet to come: they only use a line on the top of the eyebrow; the bottom is with tweezers. I, who have a messy eyebrow, ALWAYS favored the line below, because it works like a ruler. Conclusion: it got thicker than I would like - but I didn't ask to refine it because at that point I no longer trusted the professional - and with the spiky hair as if it had been made by me, at home.
And there is no point in coming back with a reply - although it is a right - because I thought it was very, very bad. Handing my eyebrows in someone's hand is almost sacred, hence my immense disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ em mim o designer ficou com falhas que só percebi quando cheguei em casa, e na minha amiga deu reação alérgica, elas são insistentes e me cobraram a mais mesmo eu tendo informado que era logista e fiz SOMENTE bulço e sombrancelha!
In me the designer was flawed that I only realized when I got home, and my friend gave allergic reaction, they are insistent and charged me more even though I informed that I was a logist and made ONLY bump and eyebrow!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui pela primeira vez no SD Shopping Tijuca. Minha primeira avaliação é "OK". A profissional que me atendeu é boa tecnicamente e fez o serviço esperado.
Pontos extremamente negativos na minha percepção:
1- Tempo de espera. Os agendamos não são cumpridos. Esperei 30minutos até me chamarem pra iniciar a depilação.
2- Ambiente pequeno e com aspecto bagunçado. Tenho ótimas experiências com outro SD e realmente esse ponto deixou a desejar.
3- Atendimento. Você não se sente em um serviço diferenciado. Você simplesmente é atendida e pronto. Se eu não conhecesse o serviço da SD não voltaria.
Fiz um combo e terei a possibilidade de ter mais dias experiências. Volto aqui pra informar como foram.
01/04/2019 - Retorno para mudar a minha avaliação. Depois de um atendimento não muito bom no turno da manhã, onde sai com a sobrancelha machucada, fui no turno da noite para encerrar meu combo. E para minha feliz surpresa encontrei ótimas profissionais! O comprometimento com o horário não melhorou, eles continuam atendendo uns 15min depois do seu horário marcado, mas ok. Indico o turno da noite pois dou muito bem recebida e tem um serviço de qualidade.
Today I went for the first time at SD Shopping Tijuca. My first assessment is "OK". The professional that answered me is good technically and did the expected service.
Extremely negative points in my perception:
1- Waiting time. The schedules are not met. I waited 30 minutes until they called me to start waxing.
2- Small and messy looking environment. I have great experiences with another SD and really that point left something to be desired.
3- Attendance. You do not feel in a differentiated service. You are simply answered and ready. If I did not know the SD service I would not go back.
I made a combo and I will be able to have more experience days. I'm going back here to let you know how it was.
01/04/2019 - Return to change my rating. After a not very good service in the morning shift, where he leaves with a bruised eyebrow, I went on the night shift to close my combo. And to my happy surprise I found great professionals! The commitment to the schedule has not improved, they continue to serve about 15 minutes after your scheduled time, but okay. I indicate the shift of the night because I give very well received and has a quality service.
