★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até à loja no dia 09 de julho, e quando entrei não passava das 17h. Peguei a senha, sentei e aguardei. A funcionária chamada Daniela estava sozinha na loja e atendia uma cliente. Quando terminou, me chamou. Era cerca de 17h10. Ela me perguntou o que faria, e eu disse que faria o rosto. Então ela falou que não me atenderia porque iria fechar a loja às 17h40, e o rosto demoraria muito. Eu argumentei que não achava justo, afinal eu havia pego senha, sentado e esperado, e que nesse caso eu faria uma reclamação oficial. Nesse momento ela me disse que não ia me atender porque eu estava sendo ignorante. Dá para acreditar que existe gente assim trabalhando no atendimento ao público? Pois é. Péssimo atendimento!

Das outras vezes que fui gostei do atendimento e do serviço (costumava fazer a sobrancelha).
