★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com o centro estético da unidade Petz Extra Colinas. Marquei de dar banho no meu cachorro no dia 06/09/2021 às 15:00. Cheguei no local às 15:12, fiquei preocupado por estar atrasado, mas no momento que cheguei tinha outro cachorro tomando banho, então eu aguardei. Um funcionário veio fazer o meu cadastro e eu esperei até às 15:35, o horário que o outro cachorro ficou pronto. Nesse momento me perguntaram se eu podia vir outro dia, porque eles não teriam tempo de atender o meu cachorro antes do próximo, que estava marcado para às 16:00 e jogaram a culpa em mim, pois eu cheguei às 15:12. Aí fica a pergunta: se eu tivesse chegado às 15:00, eu não teria ficado esperando até às 15:35? O que mudaria?
 I had a terrible experience with the aesthetic center of the Petz Extra Colinas unit. I made an appointment to bathe my dog on 09/06/2021 at 15:00. I arrived at the place at 15:12, I was worried about being late, but when I arrived there was another dog taking a bath, so I waited. An employee came to do my registration and I waited until 3:35 pm, the time the other dog was ready. At that point, they asked me if I could come another day, because they wouldn't have time to see my dog before the next one, which was scheduled for 4:00 pm, and they blamed me because I arrived at 3:12 pm. Here is the question: if I had arrived at 15:00, wouldn't I have been waiting until 15:35? What would change?

Every time I buy it on the website and ask for it to be delivered there, I realize that the purchased product they don't know where it was kept, they keep looking, etc... Other than that, service 10.
