★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz micro nas sobrancelhas em setembro de 2019 com a profissional Samia, eu amei o resultado o atendimento, e foi praticamente indolor.
Hoje 2 anos e quatro meses depois do procedimento, as sobrancelhas continuam lindas.
PS: As três primeiras fotos foram em set/2019 e as 4 últimas são atuais.
 I had my eyebrows micro in September 2019 with the professional Samia, I loved the result of the service, and it was practically painless.
Today 2 years and four months after the procedure, the eyebrows are still beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma extensão de cílios lá, não gostei muito...no segundo dia ficou um tufo separado um do outro. No outro dia fui lá pra arrumar, a moça ao invés de tirar o tufinho que ficou com excesso de cola, ela acabou colocando mais cola ainda...está incomodando muito...não pretendo voltar mais lá. Vou em outro lugar para retirar.
I did an eyelash extension there, I didn't like it very much...on the second day there was a tuft separated from each other. The other day I went there to fix it, the girl, instead of removing the tuft that was left with excess glue, she ended up putting even more glue... it's bothering a lot... I don't intend to go back there anymore. I'm going somewhere else to pick it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considero um local razoável, indico para quem precisa fazer a sobrancelha de forma express e não teve tempo de agendar em outro local. Nunca tive problemas no atendimento, sempre foram cordiais, já fui algumas vezes ao local. Mas há bastante rotatividade entre as profissionais e isso faz com que o design sempre fique diferente. A rede usa a mesma técnica, mas sabemos que cada profissional tem o seu perfil, e isso incomoda um pouco. Parei de frequentar porque senti muita diferença no trabalho de cada pessoa que mexia na minha sobrancelha. Vale muito mais a pena você ter sempre a mesma pessoa que te atende em outro lugar. Outra coisa que me incomoda é o excesso de oferecimento de produtos, ficam sempre insistindo para que você adquira algo e isso me incomoda. A Emily é a melhor que já me atendeu neste local, super recomendo o trabalho muito perfeccionista dela.

I never had any problems in the service, they were always friendly, I've been to the place a few times. But there is a lot of turnover among the professionals and this makes the design always different. The network uses the same technique, but we know that each professional has their own profile, and that bothers them a little. I stopped attending because I felt a lot of difference in the work of each person who moved my eyebrow. It's much more worthwhile if you always have the same person who serves you elsewhere. Another thing that bothers me is the oversupply of products, they are always insisting that you buy something and that bothers me. Emily is the best who has ever served me in this place, I highly recommend her very perfectionist work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ganhei um procedimento de design de sobrancelhas no estabelecimento, nunca havia feito nenhum procedimento estético e resolvi ir para ver como era. Fui atendido pelo funcionário Matheus, que fez um EXCELENTE trabalho e me atendeu super bem, fiquei muito satisfeito naquele primeiro momento. Porém, durante o procedimento ouve um problema de comunicação na tentativa dele de me vender sessões do mesmo procedimento. Como eu NUNCA havia feito nada na área, não sabia como funcionava e entendi que os procedimentos seriam pagos de outra forma. Ao finalizar o procedimento o Matheus trouxe a ficha de cadastro onde eu descobri como de fato seria feito o pagamento e que não poderia pagar por aquilo, daí o Matheus começou a dizer que então eu teria que pagar pelo produto que ele passou na sobrancelha e coisas que iam contra o procedimento GRATUITO que me foi oferecido. E em uma súbita transformação, ele se tornou super rude e grosso comigo, praticamente me expulsando dali. Eu entendo que isto de darem uma sessão para tentar vender o pacote é a tática de vendas deles, e é super válida! Mas de maneira alguma os funcionários podem tratar clientes dessa forma. Eu tinha adorado o resultado, o estabelecimento e os funcionários, pretendia de fato retornar, mas agora quero bem longe! O funcionario mostrou-se super despreparo para negociações e tratamento com o cliente, me dando a conclusão de que não passa de uma pessoa falsa.
I won an eyebrow design procedure at the establishment, I had never done any aesthetic procedure and I decided to go and see what it was like. I was attended by the employee Matheus, who did an EXCELLENT job and treated me very well, I was very satisfied at that first moment. However, during the procedure, he heard a communication problem in his attempt to sell me sessions of the same procedure. As I had NEVER done anything in the area, I didn't know how it worked and understood that the procedures would be paid for in another way. At the end of the procedure, Matheus brought the registration form where I found out how the payment would actually be made and that I couldn't pay for it, then Matheus started to say that then I would have to pay for the product that he put on his eyebrow and things that went against the FREE procedure that was offered to me. And in a sudden transformation, he became super rude and rude to me, practically kicking me out of there. I understand that giving a session to try to sell the package is their sales tactic, and it's super valid! But there is no way employees can treat customers that way. I had loved the result, the establishment and the employees, I really intended to return, but now I want to go away! The employee was super unprepared for negotiations and treatment with the client, giving me the conclusion that he is nothing but a fake person.
