★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cerca de 21:45 do dia 28/10 e a atendente se recusou a me atender pois já havia fechado o caixa. Que eu saiba shopping fecha 22h. Fique duas semanas tentando arrumar tempo pra ir, quando consigo, não sou atendida. Frustrante.
It was around 9:45 pm on 10/28 and the clerk refused to answer me as I had already closed the register. As far as I know shopping closes 10pm Spend two weeks trying to find time to go, when I can, I am not attended. Frustrating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei na loja e tinha uma cliente sendo atendida e outras 3 funcionárias sem atendimento aguardando as clientes que estavam na lista de espera chegarem ao local, sendo que eu cheguei para ser atendida e não fui contemplada. Fui informada ainda que demoraria 40min para me atender. Não faz sentido deixar de atender um cliente que já está na loja e aguardar outros chegarem com risco de não ir?!
I arrived at the store and there was a customer being served and 3 other employees without service waiting for the customers who were on the waiting list to arrive at the place, and I arrived to be served and was not contemplated. I was also informed that it would take 40 minutes to answer me. Doesn't it make sense to stop serving a customer who is already in the store and wait for others to arrive at the risk of not going?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei no local, havia uma moça sendo atendida e me perguntaram se eu queria deixar o número de telefone para me avisar qd estivesse livre. Assim fiz, porém como houve demora, voltei ao local. Lá me informaram q me ligaram, mas não havia chamada alguma em meu celular. Assim sendo, perguntei qual solução seria dada e fizeram tão pouco caso de mim, q resolvi sair dali para não passar mais vergonha, visto q perguntei e nem se deram ao trabalho de responder. PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. CERTAMENTE PERDERAM UMA CLIENTE. ?
I arrived at the place, there was a girl being attended and they asked me if I wanted to leave the phone number to let me know when I was free. So I did, but as there was a delay, I returned to the place. There they informed me that they called me, but there was no call on my cell phone. So, I asked what solution would be given and they paid so little attention to me, that I decided to leave there so I wouldn't be ashamed anymore, since I asked and they didn't even bother to answer. TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. CERTAINLY LOST A CUSTOMER. ?
