★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bom lugar para manter o físico.
Somente algumas observações:
1° Anda muito cheio, muita aglomeração (em plena pandemia) - Alto índice de contágio.
2° A água nem sempre está em ótimas condições para a prática da natação.
Enfim, poderiam olhar com maior atenção, afinal de contas as atividades ali desenvolvidas, são todas pagas. Ou seja, me sinto pagando para correr riscos.
 A good place to keep your physique.
Just a few observations:
1 ° It is very crowded, very crowded (in the middle of a pandemic) - High rate of contagion.
2 ° The water is not always in excellent condition for swimming.
Anyway, they could take a closer look, after all, the activities developed there are all paid for. In other words, I feel that I am paying to take risks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma excelente academia com ótimas instalações e bons aparelhos, um local onde também fui otimamente recebido e orientado pelo professor Pedro Ivo, excelente profissional totalmente engajado no atendimento aos alunos. Em dois meses já observo melhora da qualidade de vida!
An excellent gym with great facilities and good equipment, a place where I was also excellently received and guided by Professor Pedro Ivo, an excellent professional who is fully engaged in serving students. In two months, I can already see an improvement in my quality of life!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, uma experiência muito ruim quanto a natação.
No inicio tudo bem, mas ao decorrer dos dias podemos observar que:
Alunos sem acompanhamento;
Professores que não largam o celular (com exceção da Prof. Ana);
Água suja em plena terça feira, pois na segunda não funciona para limpeza......se segunda não funciona, como pode estar suja na terça??
O clube é MUITO SUJO, material de obra (não tem obra) largado em todo canto, ambiente sujo e aparência de largado.
Professora de natação não gosta de ser questionada sobre desempenho do aluno (exceção da Prof. Ana).
Infelizmente, não aconselho e não indico pra ninguém.
Mas se trata de uma opinião particular que pra minha opinião eles deixam muito a desejar.
Ainda pode ser tratada as falhas e o quadro apresentado ser diferente, mas no momento, muito ruim.

At first it was all right, but over the days we can observe that:
Unaccompanied students;
Teachers who don't put down their cell phones (with the exception of Prof. Ana);
Dirty water on Tuesday, because on Monday it doesn't work for cleaning......if Monday doesn't work, how can it be dirty on Tuesday??
The club is VERY DIRTY, work material (there is no work) left in every corner, dirty environment and left appearance.
Swimming teacher does not like to be asked about student performance (except for Prof. Ana).
Unfortunately, I do not advise and do not recommend it to anyone.
But this is a private opinion that in my opinion they leave a lot to be desired.
Flaws can still be dealt with and the picture presented is different, but at the moment, very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ N é uma academia ruim, porém n vejo manutenção nos aparelhos,alguns armários estão sem portas,e os buracos acabam virando lixeiras,te um copo de Guaravita q vai fazer aniversário em Um dos buracos!!!!
Fora q alguns professores nen dá atenção!!!
It's not a bad gym, but I don't see maintenance on the equipment, some closets have no doors, and the holes end up turning into trash cans, you get a glass of Guaravita that will have a birthday in One of the holes!!!!
Other than that some teachers don't pay attention!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia boa e com varios espaços, porém na musculação vem deixando a desejar. Aparelhos sem manutenção, armários quebrados, professores não ajudam os alunos e passam o tempo todo reunido conversando. Professores dando em cima de alunas, aluno sem faculdade dando aula como personal p várias pessoas até quando bater fiscalização do cref e aplicar multa...
Academia tinha tudo p ser a melhor da região mas não tem um profissional responsável pra por tudo em ordem e tá muito bagunçada
Good gym and with several spaces, but in weight training has been leaving something to be desired. Unmaintained appliances, broken cabinets, teachers do not help students and spend all their time together talking. Teachers hitting on students, student without college teaching as a personal to several people even when they beat cref supervision and apply a fine...
Gym had everything to be the best in the region but it doesn't have a responsible professional to put everything in order and it's very messy
