★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei um multimetro pra fazer orçamento, apenas para troca do display que é velho e está feio manchado. Eles levaram um mês para me responder, isso porque eu fiquei ligando. Depois de 1 mês me informaram que não tinham a peça parã reposição. Meu ofereceram trocar por um modelo mais novo. Por um preço até que bom, mas como eu não gostei do atendimento, fui retirar meu multimetro. Para retirada demoraram muito. Eu achei estranho porque tinham peças em um saquinho do lado de fora., reclamei e eles informaram que eram os contador do seletor, que haviam trocado. Quando cheguei em casa pra testar não funciona mais nada. Todas as escalas ficaram loucas.
I left a multimeter to budget, just to change the display that is old and ugly stained. They took a month to answer me, because I kept calling. After 1 month I was informed that they did not have the spare part. My offered to exchange for a newer model. For a price until good, but as I did not like the service, I went to remove my multimeter. For removal they took too long. I found it strange because they had pieces in a little bag outside. I complained and they reported that it was the dial counters they had exchanged. When I got home to test it doesn't work anymore. All scales were crazy.
