★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bem localizado em Vitória, próximo ao Centro de Convenções e entre vias importantes como a Rio Branco e Leitão da Silva. Não tenho o que reclamar do atendimento na recepção, logo fui atendido. Fiz os exames que havia marcado e fui bem atendido pelos respectivos médicos. Precisei esperar um pouco para receber os exames, mas o bom que saiu no mesmo dia. Poderiam reformar o local, construção antiga.
 Location well located in Vitória, close to the Convention Center and between important roads such as Rio Branco and Leitão da Silva. I have nothing to complain about the service at the reception, so I was answered. I took the exams I had scheduled and was well attended by the respective doctors. I had to wait a bit to receive the exams, but the good thing came out the same day. They could renovate the place, old construction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei um exame em 29/09/20, a atendente pegou os dados do exame e do meu plano, agendou o exame para 19/10/20, sendo que no dia 14/10/20 entrei em contato com a clinica e foi confirmado o dia e horário do exame, e hoje pela manhã a atendente do Socor ligou e confirmou meu exame, tudo certo até então. Ao chegar no local a atendente a princípio informou que não poderia fazer o exame porque precisava de laudo para esse tipo de exame, não apenas a indicação médica, questionei pq não informaram quando agendei o exame e a outra atendente liberou fazer com a condição de entregar o resultado somente se eu voltasse ao local com o laudo da médica, mas, para a minha surpresa, após ficar esperando o atendimento, para minha surpresa a atendente me chamou novamente e informou que a clinica não atendia mais o meu plano....em plena situação atual de pandemia, somado com a minha ausência do serviço para realizar o exame, e receber esse tipo de tratamento, é lamentável, sem considerar que não realizei o exame que foi agendado há 21 dias atrás.
I scheduled an exam on 9/29/20, the attendant took the exam data and my plan, scheduled the exam for 10/19/20, and on 10/14/20 I contacted the clinic and it was confirmed the day and time of the exam, and this morning the Socor attendant called and confirmed my exam, all right so far. Upon arriving at the site, the attendant at first informed that she could not take the exam because she needed a report for this type of exam, not just the medical indication, I questioned why they did not inform when I scheduled the exam and the other attendant allowed to do it with the condition of delivering the result only if I returned to the place with the doctor's report, but, to my surprise, after waiting for the service, to my surprise the attendant called me again and informed me that the clinic no longer met my plan .... in the current pandemic situation, added to my absence from the service to perform the exam, and receive this type of treatment, it is unfortunate, without considering that I did not perform the exam that was scheduled 21 days ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento na recepção é péssimo. São super arrogantes. Uma de cabelo preto liso, tem que melhorar. Atrasam no atendimento. Remarcaram o exame, no dia que estava marcado.
Service at reception is terrible. They are super arrogant. One with straight black hair has to get better. Delay in service. They rescheduled the exam on the day it was scheduled.

A consulta de retorno você liga para agendar e o mesmo diz que é só comparecer no local sem agendar, a gente insiste em marcar e não marcam, cheguei antes do doutor iniciar os atendimentos para mostrarbum resultado de exame solicitado, e a secretária de vocês sem critério me deixou mais de 1 hora esperando, sem falar que o doutor chegou e ninguém entrou no consultório, a menina sem critério ficou esperando um paciente fazer outros procedimentos internos e depois de 15 minutos pediu a mesma para entrar, eu continuei a esperar e falei com ela e de forma grossa disse que era para eu esperar.
Gostaria de saber se a consulta de retorno é favor que estão fazendo ou sem faz parte de uma norma estabelecida no Brasil, e porque não agenda essa consulta de retorno, pois a soccor ou a menina sem critério acha que temos o dia todo para ficar esperando a boa vontade.
Gostaria de lembrar que isso tudo é pago.
Lousy reception service and without criteria!
The return appointment you call to schedule and the same says that you just have to show up on the spot without scheduling, we insist on making appointments and do not make appointments, I arrived before the doctor started the appointments to show the requested exam result, and your secretary without criterion left me more than 1 hour waiting, not to mention that the doctor arrived and nobody entered the office, the girl without criterion was waiting for a patient to do other internal procedures and after 15 minutes asked the same to enter, I continued to wait and said with her and bluntly said it was for me to wait.
I would like to know if the return consultation is a favor that you are doing or without is part of a norm established in Brazil, and why not schedule this return consultation, as soccor or the girl without criteria thinks we have all day to wait goodwill.
I would like to remind you that this is all paid for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Médica é excelente no atendimento apesar do atraso, porém a clínica deixa a desejar com 1 atendente que é arrogante e não tem empatia.
The Doctor is excellent in the service despite the delay, but the clinic is lacking with 1 attendant who is arrogant and lacks empathy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento telefônico muito ruim da recepção da clinica, fiquei uma manhã inteira tentando falar com a responsável da agenda do medico Cardiologista do meu pai ( que aliás é Excelente médico ) e não consegui, precisava desmarcar e reagendar uma consulta, liguei várias vezes, perguntei que hs a pessoa retornava do almoço, ou se poderia pedir a ela pra me retornar, ja que ela estava na sala de exames com paciente... enfim, só consegui falar com ela meia hora antes da consulta que tentei desmarcar, ruim para a clínica, ruim para o médico, ruim para o pacientes que aguarda desistência, horrível pra gente que quer resolver. Sugiro uma atenção maior ao telefone, pois esse é o primeiro contato do paciente/cliente com a clínica/empresa.
Very bad phone service from the clinic reception, I spent a whole morning trying to talk to the person in charge of my father's Cardiologist's appointment book (who, incidentally, is an Excellent doctor) and I couldn't, I needed to cancel and reschedule an appointment, I called several times, I asked that hs the person was returning from lunch, or they could be asked to return to me, since she was in the exam room with a patient... well, I was only able to talk to her half an hour before the appointment I tried to cancel, bad for the clinic , bad for the doctor, bad for the patient who is awaiting withdrawal, horrible for people who want to solve it. I suggest paying more attention to the telephone, as this is the patient/client's first contact with the clinic/company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressionante a ineficiência dos exames diagnósticos de Holter e mapa, eletrodos soltam e aparelhos não registram , param de funcionar. Aconteceu com minha mãe em 2021 e agora com meu pai em 2022. Cancelados exames nessa clínica para fazer em outra.
Impressive the inefficiency of Holter and map diagnostic exams, electrodes come loose and devices don't register, they stop working. It happened to my mother in 2021 and now to my father in 2022. Exams canceled at this clinic to do in another.
