Essa informação foi passada pela atendente hj. Por favor rever isso, pra comprar para uma festa seria legal experimentar. Na loja ao lado tem nesse bolo,mais não gostei quando provei.
 I'm a customer at the store and whenever I can, I place orders there, and to my surprise the Red Velvet cake doesn't have a slice option for us to try, I didn't think it was cool. This information was passed on by the attendant today. Please review this, to buy for a party would be nice to try. In the store next door there is that cake, but I didn't like it when I tasted it.

They managed to assemble the cake in the wrong flavor and even though I called, I loved it and confirmed if the order was ready and they confirmed that it was but to my surprise when I arrived to pick it up ? the cake was in a different flavor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui até a Sodiê do largo do socorro comprar um bolo para comemorar o aniversario da minha irmã que faz aniversário hoje dia 21 de dezembro de 2021. Eu e meu irmão assim que chegamos na loja fomos atendido por volta das 10:52 uma atendente da Sodiê nos atendeu e perguntou se podia nos ajudar, obviamente eu aceitei a ajuda da mesma porem a atendente parecia normal até eu me abaixar e tentar escolher o bolo que iriamos levar, quando eu perguntei para a atendente qual era o recheio do bolo ela não me respondeu, ai eu perguntei de novo 'qual o recheio desse bolo com brigadeiro', novamente ela não me respondeu quando me levantei e olhei para ela, ela estava olhando para uma outra funcionária da Sodiê e dando uns toques com olhar para a outra funcionaria..ai a outra funcionária da Sodiê foi até o balcão e deu uma olhadinha e se retirou. depois disso ficou uma situação meio estranha porque ela começou a tirar alguns bolos de dentro do balcão e me mostrou umas opções rapidamente acho que parecia que nos tínhamos que escolher rápido o bolo que iriamos comprar eir embora só pode!! enfim escolhemos o bolo e junto com o bolo uma estrelar, em seguida eu pedi para ela um cocacola de 2 litros antes que ela fechasse a conta blz. ai ela fechou a conta sem a cocacola ai eu falei denovo oi moça eu pedi a cocacola, acho que ela não ouviu ai novamente eu falei moça a cocaloca e ai ela cobrou a cocacola.
Eu e meu irmão não gostamos do atendimento ficou uma coisa meio estranha tive um sentimento que ela estava com medo sei lá ou achou que iriamos roubar a loja.. acho que foi esse sentimento que tive me sentir muito mal com isso. Comentei com o meu irmão que estava comigo na hora se eles tem tanto medo assim porque não vende no formato de delivery não faz sentido abrir a loja para o publico e transparecer esse desconforto para o cliente.
Me sentir mal com tudo!!!
Eu fiquei tão mal que quando ela me pediu obrigado não saiu nada da minha boca apenas uma decepção de ter sido atendido dessa maneira!
Today I went to Sodiê do Largo do Conceição to buy a cake to celebrate the birthday of my sister, who has a birthday today, December 21, 2021. My brother and I were attended at around 10:52 by an attendant from the store as soon as we arrived at the store. Sodiê answered us and asked if she could help us, obviously I accepted her help but the attendant seemed normal until I bent down and tried to choose the cake we were going to take, when I asked the attendant what was the cake filling she didn't give me she replied, then I asked again 'what is the filling of this cake with brigadeiro', again she didn't answer me when I got up and looked at her, she was looking at another Sodiê employee and giving a few touches with looking at the other would work. .then the other Sodiê employee went to the counter and took a peek and left. after that it was a bit strange situation because she started to take some cakes from inside the counter and showed me some options quickly I think it looked like we had to quickly choose the cake we were going to buy and go away that's all!! finally we chose the cake and along with the cake a star, then I asked her for a 2 liter coke before she closed the account blz. then she closed the account without the cocacola then i said again hi lady i ordered the cocacola, i think she did not hear it there again i said lady the cocacola and then she charged the cocacola.
My brother and I didn't like the service, it was a little strange, I had a feeling she was scared I don't know or thought we were going to rob the store... I think it was this feeling that I had to feel very bad about. I commented to my brother who was with me at the time if they're so scared because they don't sell in the delivery format, it doesn't make sense to open the store to the public and show this discomfort to the customer.
Feeling bad about everything!!!
I was so bad that when she asked me to thank you nothing came out of my mouth just a disappointment to have been attended that way!

great and fast service. I ordered a cake in a very quiet way and it was all right. if you go for an order or just for a coffee with cake, it is a great option for the region.
