★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente demais, Atendimento excelente e lugar agradável e aconchegante... acessível para pessoas com deficiência com dificuldade de locomoção e usuários de cadeira de rodas! O salgado é muito bom, mas deixa um pouquinho a desejar, pois é esquentado no microondas, poderia ser frito na hora. Mas minha avaliação seria 4, 5 estrelas!!!!
Simply too much, Excellent service and a nice and cozy place ... accessible for people with disabilities with limited mobility and wheelchair users! The salty is very good, but it leaves a little to be desired, as it is heated in the microwave, it could be fried on the spot. But my rating would be 4, 5 stars !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minhas duas experiências nessa loja foram péssimas. A primeira vez fiz uma encomenda e pedi meu irmão pra buscar e ele esqueceu, mas lembrou a tempo de buscar. Chegando na loja ele teve que ouvir as atendentes cochichando e zombando dele, chegando a chamar ele de retardado. Ele não me contou isso no dia, então eu sem saber do ocorrido voltei a encomendar um bolo na semana seguinte. Dessa vez eu fui junto com meu irmão e pude presenciar elas novamente sendo mal educadas e fazendo chacota no atendimento, falei com meu irmão que nunca mais ia comprar lá e foi quando ele me relatou o que tinha acontecido da outra vez. Péssima loja.
My two experiences at this store were terrible. The first time I placed an order and asked my brother to pick it up and he forgot, but he remembered in time to pick it up. Arriving at the store he had to hear the attendants whispering and mocking him, even calling him a retard. He didn't tell me that on the day, so I, without knowing what happened, went back to ordering a cake the following week. This time I went with my brother and I could see them again being rude and making fun of the customer service, I told my brother that I would never buy there again and that's when he told me what had happened the other time. Bad store.
