★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários desorganizados, não pegavam meu pedido e quando questionei a funcionária foi ríspida e me deu um sermão. Acabei por comprar un café e como pedido de desculpas me deram 2 brigadeiros. Pelo menos reconheceram que foram mal educados.
Disorganized employees, they didn't take my order and when I questioned the employee was harsh and gave me a lecture. I ended up buying a coffee and as an apology they gave me 2 brigadiers. At least they recognized that they were rude.

Já pedi bolos que vieram estragados, atendimento no balcão ruim, e mais recente a entrega por aplicativo em que o entregador fez um tour por São Vicente antes de ir em casa, pois da para acompanhar o trajeto pelo aplicativo. Costumava ir pois é muito perto de casa e gosto dos produtos da sodie, mas sinceramente, não piso mais nesta unidade. Chega uma hora que cansa né? E tem tantas outras unidades melhores.
This is the worst franchise store I have ever been to. I've ordered cakes that came spoiled, bad service at the counter, and more recently, the delivery by app in which the delivery man took a tour of São Vicente before going home, because you can follow the route through the app. I used to go because it's very close to home and I like sodie's products, but honestly, I don't step into this unit anymore. There comes a time when you get tired, right? And there are so many other better units.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que tem um aniversário na família já virou tradição ir na Sodiê comprar aquele bolo delicioso prefiro o de ninho, gente esse bolo é muuuuuiiiittttooo gostoso, qualidade que só a Sodiê tem o preço é bom. Sempre compro na loja do centro de São Vicente. Tem um ótimo atendimento, funcionários sempre a disposição para servir o cliente.
Whenever there's a birthday in the family, it's become a tradition to go to Sodiê to buy that delicious cake, I prefer the nest one, people this cake is soooo yummy, quality that only Sodiê has the price is good. I always buy at the store in downtown São Vicente. It has a great service, staff always available to serve the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A qualidade excelente dos bolos da Sodiê, eu já conhecia. Mas me surpreendi com o sabor dos salgados. O atendimento da loja no Itararé é muito bom e o ambiente, super agradável para aquele café da tarde com as amigas.
The excellent quality of Sodiê's cakes, I already knew. But I was surprised by the taste of the savory ones. The service at the store in Itararé is very good and the atmosphere is super pleasant for that afternoon coffee with friends.
