★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência de compra da vida! Não indico a ninguém. Na loja pediram 60 dias para entrega. Foram me entregar depois de muita briga com mais de 90 dias. E ainda por cima veio com o tecido manchado. Eu paguei mais caro para ter a camurça e ela veio toda manchada. Como na foto. Aí disseram que iriam vir fazer uma impermeabilização que iriam sumir as manchas. Absurdo. O rapaz apareceu na minha casa as 7h da manhã pra fazer isso sendo que eu agendei as 9h. Depois eu não podia recebê-los e deixaram para a primeira semana do ano. Desde então eu ligo e mando msg e ninguém atende ou responde. Pior que as manchas é que o sofá tem as madeiras que dá pra sentir ao sentar. Horrível. Não valeu o preço que paguei. Absurdo. Pior loja, pior sofá e pior atendimento. Enrolaram e colocaram a culpa na pandemia. Se não tinham condições de atender que parassem de vender. Mas não. A loja está bem aberta vendendo pra caramba. Entregar com qualidade e no prazo combinado que é bom nada, né. As manchas são como ovos nos assentos. Com zoom é possível ver na foto.
Worst shopping experience ever! I don't tell anyone. In the store they asked for 60 days for delivery. They gave me up after a lot of fighting over 90 days. And on top of that it came with the stained fabric. I paid more to have the chamois and it came all stained. Like in the picture. Then they said they would come to make a waterproofing that would remove the stains. Absurd. The boy showed up at my house at 7 am to do this and I booked at 9 am. Afterwards I could not receive them and left for the first week of the year. Since then I call and send msg and no one answers or responds. Worse than stains is that the sofa has the woods that you can feel when sitting. Horrible. It wasn't worth the price I paid. Absurd. Worst store, worst sofa and worst service. They rolled up and blamed the pandemic. If they were unable to attend, they would stop selling. But not. The store is wide open selling a lot. Deliver with quality and within the agreed deadline which is good, right. The spots are like eggs in the seats. With zoom it is possible to see in the photo.
