★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender os cara são uns leão. Mas na hora de cumprir os combinados da venda, os cara somem. Eu fiquei o dia todo esperando o sofá e não me entregaram, 18:45 me disseram que não entregariam isso pq eu liguei liguei para o entregador, pq durante o dia eles visualizam a msg no zap mas não responderam, isso quando se trata de problema, mas se for venda eles respondem na hora. Infelizmente perderam um cliente e a venda, pois na segunda irei fazer o cancelamento da compra. Péssimos atendimento ao cliente.

I stayed all day waiting for the sofa and they didn't deliver it, 6:45 pm they told me they wouldn't deliver it because I called the delivery person, because during the day they see the msg on zap but they didn't answer, that's when it's a problem , but if it's a sale they respond right away. Unfortunately, they lost a customer and the sale, because on Monday I will cancel the purchase. Terrible customer service.
