ESTOU TENTANDO CANCELAR E PEGAR MEU BANCO DE DADOS A DOIS DIAS E ATÉ AGORA NÃO OBTIVE NENHUM RETORNO. AVALIAÇÃO DE 1 ESTRELA PQ É O MÍNIMO, SE NÃO SERIA ZERO.
SYSTEM ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS AND YOU MUST BE ASKED FOR SUPPORT. HORRIBLE COMPANY. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I HAVE LOST A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS SYSTEM. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ vou dar uma estrela por que não tem como dar menos tem quase 4 anos que sou cliente desse povo eles não respondem um chamado só direciona pro suporte da região que tambem não esta conseguindo resolver programa cheio de erro mais lotado mesmo nunca resolve toda vez que eu tento suporte eu estou sem receber por causa que não consigo emitir uma nota pra prefeitura da minha cidade fico um mes esperando contato e nunca responde eu vou procurar o procon segunda feira chega de palhaçada
I'm going to give one star because I can't give less, I've been a customer of these people for almost 4 years, they don't answer a call, they just direct it to the support of the region, which also isn't able to solve a program full of errors, more crowded, it never solves every time I do I try to support I don't receive it because I can't issue a note to the city hall of my city I wait a month for contact and they never answer I'm going to look for the procon monday no more bullshit
