Ligamos, a empresa informou que o técnico retornaria mas isso não ocorreu. Ligamos novamente ao final do dia que não vieram. Agora aguardamos mais uma vez...
Very bad post sales and the attendant needs to remember the importance of cordiality and education in customer service.
