★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei uma semana após enviar os desenhos para um painel de tv,esperando por um retorno do Sr Marcelo.Me prometeu para um outro dia,sendo que não o fez e não retornava meus pedidos via Whatsapp.Acabei fechando no concorrente,por 3900 reais.Fico imaginando se já faltou profissionalismo no pré- venda,como seria o demais.Lamentável...
I was a week after sending the drawings to a TV panel, waiting for a return of Mr. Marcelo.Me promised for another day, and did not return my orders via Whatsapp. I ended up closing in the competitor, for 3900 reais. I wonder if professionalism was already lacking in presales, as would be the others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos fizemos todos os moveis com eles e foram pagos a vista, porém estamos a 4 anos esperando o painel e ajustes no que foi feito e ate agora nada. A ultima vez que falei com um dos socios ele informou que a empresa faliu. Pensem antes de fechar pq nem sabemos mais o que fazer a não ser ir na justiça que é o que nos resta.
Agora que vi um comentário da Rita que fecharam negócio em setembro e ao falar com o Júnior em agosto ele informou que a empresa havia falido.
We made all the furniture with them and they were paid in cash, but we are 4 years waiting for the panel and adjustments in what was done and so far nothing. The last time I spoke to one of the partners he said that the company went bankrupt. Think before closing because we don't even know what to do except go to court, which is what we have left.
Now that I saw a comment from Rita that they closed a deal in September and when talking to Júnior in August he informed that the company had gone bankrupt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em setembro de 2020, fechamos negócio com a empresa, onde falamos com o Marcos, para a confecção de um dormitório solteiro. Acordamos o negócio à vista. Efetuamos o pagamento da metade, como combinado.
Conforme ambas as partes, ficou marcado que demoraria uns 40 dias para a confecção..
Passado os 40 dias entramos em contato com a empresa que nos informou que estava "tudo pronto" e na quinta feira, viria instalar.
Ficamos aguardando algumas quintas feiras, até que vieram instalar parte do móvel.
Um quarto que se transformou em um novela, ou melhor em um seriado.
Quanto desgaste de nossa parte.
Continuamos cobrando a finalização deste dormitório.
Já se passaram mais 40 dias e o móvel ainda não está finalizado.
NOSSA INFELICIDADE SE DEU EM TRATAR COM ESTE TIPO DE EMPRESA QUE NÃO HONRA SEUS COMPROMISSOS.
In September 2020, we closed a deal with the company, where we spoke with Marcos, to make a single bedroom. We agreed the deal in cash. We pay half as agreed.
According to both parties, it was scheduled that it would take about 40 days to make.
After 40 days, we contacted the company that informed us that "everything was ready" and on Thursday, it would come and install.
We waited for some Thursdays, until they came to install part of the furniture.
A room that turned into a soap opera, or rather a series.
How much wear and tear on our part.
We continue to demand the completion of this dorm.
Another 40 days have passed and the furniture is not finished yet.
OUR UNHAPPINESS HAS BEEN TREATING WITH THIS TYPE OF COMPANY THAT DOES NOT HONOR YOUR COMMITMENTS.
