★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entre a chegada no "Hospital" e a saída, passamos aproximadamente 5 horas e 30 minutos para termos um "diagnóstico" de virose.
O que significa emergência? O que o CRM definiria a respeito disso? E o Ministério Público estaria de acordo com estas práticas?
Ambiente sem estrutura. Profissionais saturados pela grande demanda. Recepcionistas (AMBAS) super amadoras, ríspidas, pois tive a "oportunidade" de ser atendido por ambas e elas sao SECAS e se sentem COMPLETAMETE ofendidas se qualquer pergunta é feita. Argumentam coisas infundadas e sem base NENHUMA.
Pasmem: Pra todo este ambiente amador e sem estrutura a consulta custa apenas R$500,00!!!
A placa lindamente cravada na parede da recepcao onde se especifica a missao, os valores e os objetivos da empresa, com um belo texto impactante e de efeito, precisa URGENTEMENTE (se é que este estabelecimento sabe o que é isso) ser trocada, pois aquela placa na faz jus a ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA do que se é oferecido ali.
Como nao existe ZERO estrela, vou dar uma estrela pela simpatia do seguranca na portaria e pela prestatividade do medico SOBRECARREGADÍSSIMO que nos atendeu.

CONTRATEM mais staff e depois reciclem os antigos!
Se eu retorno? NAO! E tenho certeza que cada vez mais, MENOS pessoas retornarao ali...
 Between arriving at the "Hospital" and leaving, we spent approximately 5 hours and 30 minutes to have a "diagnosis" of a virus.
What does emergency mean? What would CRM define about this? And would the Public Prosecutor's Office agree with these practices?
Environment without structure. Professionals saturated by great demand. Super amateur receptionists (AMBAS), harsh, because I had the "opportunity" to be attended by both and they are DRY and feel COMPLETELY offended if any question is asked. They argue unfounded things and have NO basis.
Amazing: For all this amateur environment and without structure the consultation costs only R $ 500.00 !!!
The plaque beautifully embedded in the reception wall where the mission, values and objectives of the company are specified, with a beautiful impactful text, URGENTLY (if this establishment knows what this is) needs to be changed, because that sign on lives up to ABSOLUTELY NOTHING than what is offered there.
As there is no ZERO star, I will give a star for the friendliness of the security guard at the entrance and for the helpfulness of the OVERCARREGADÍSSIMO doctor who attended us.
Get better (and a lot)!
Suit yourself as professionals!
Respect the children!
Be worthy!
Create structure!
Hire more staff and then recycle old ones!
Should I return? NO! And I'm sure more and more, LESS people will return there ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou colocando uma estrela porque não posso comentar sem colocar nenhuma.
Na madrugada de hoje fiquei muito triste com um fato que me ocorreu.
Minha filha passou mal e fiquei ligando de 12hs até umas 2hs para essa unidade e nada de ser atendido.
Fui no site e vi que não suspenderam o atendimento 24Hs.
Arrumei minha filha e fui aventurar.
Portas fechadas e todos dormindo.
Fui atendido pelo vigilante que logo foi chamar a recepcionista.
Por descarga de consciência tentei ligar para o número de lá da clínica mesmo.
Chamou bem baixinho mas estava funcionando muito bem.
Logo cheguei a conclusão que o atendimento de emergência a noite não se faz mais prioridade que o sono dos funcionários.
Pura negligência e omissão de atendimento

At dawn today I was very sad about a fact that occurred to me.
My daughter was sick and I was calling from 12hs until about 2hs to this unit and nothing to be answered.
I went to the site and saw that they did not suspend the 24 hours service.
I got my daughter and went on an adventure.
Doors closed and all sleeping.
I was attended by the vigilante who soon went to call the receptionist.
Out of conscience I tried to call the number from the clinic itself.
It called very softly but it was working very well.
I soon came to the conclusion that emergency care at night is no higher priority than employee sleep.
Pure negligence and omission of care

Cheguei na clínica 2:00 da manhã e sair de lá 7:00 com minha filha que estava com febre desde domingo, diarréia e vômito ...
Expliquei a doutora que nesta madrugada ela acordou para ir ao banheiro e enquanto eu estava lavando a minha mão ela me chamava quando eu me virei ela já estava se tremendo e se torcendo, o corpinho todo torto e as mãozinhas também. uma Sena horrível!
Ela simplesmente olhou para minha cara e disse que não estava na minha residência para ver o que minha filha teve , que ela não viu então não poderia dizer o que foi. Disse isso no maior descaso e não frente da minha filha de 6 anos.
Ela chegou com febre e saiu com febre pq a médica não deu um remédio para baixar a febre , minha filha fez exame de sangue e ela não quis me dar o resultado pq disse que só poderia me dar se eu ficasse no hospital até minha filha conseguir fazer cocô para fazer o exame de fezes. Pedi pra que, pelo menos ela passar uma receita com remédio para diarréia e febre... e ela continuou dizendo que só depois do exame de fezes ..
Infelizmente eu não me recordo o nome desse monstro super despreparada para trabalhar atendendo criança , mas estava trabalhando na madrugada de segunda para terça no dia 06 de março...
Minha filha estava com febre , vômito e diarreia a 3 dias. E nada passou para criança que permaneceu na clínica até as 7:00hs sem receber nenhum medicamento. E só me assusta pensar que se fosse caso de morte. ..morreria ali mesmo.
Graças a Deus não teve nada mais grave.
Mas fica ai minha indignação.

I arrived at the clinic at 2:00 am and left there at 7:00 am with my daughter who had had a fever since Sunday, diarrhea and vomiting ...
I explained to the doctor that this morning she woke up to go to the bathroom and while I was washing my hand she was calling me when I turned around she was already shaking and twisting, her whole body was crooked and her hands too. a horrible Seine!
She just looked at my face and said that she wasn't at my residence to see what my daughter had, that she didn't see it so she couldn't say what it was. I said this in the greatest neglect and not in front of my 6 year old daughter.
She arrived with a fever and left with a fever because the doctor didn't give me a medicine to lower the fever, my daughter took a blood test and she didn't want to give me the result because she said she could only give it to me if I stayed in the hospital until my daughter got it poop to do the stool test. I asked her to at least give her a prescription with medicine for diarrhea and fever ... and she kept saying that only after the stool exam ..
Unfortunately I do not remember the name of this super unprepared monster to work attending to children, but I was working at dawn from Monday to Tuesday on March 6th ...
My daughter had fever, vomiting and diarrhea for 3 days. And nothing happened to the child who stayed at the clinic until 7:00 am without receiving any medication. And it only scares me to think that if it were a case of death. ..death right there.
Thank God there was nothing more serious.
But there remains my indignation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa Sokids nunca foi Hospital e muito menos Emergência. Há algum tempo atrás minha filha caiu e bateu a cabeça por volta de 5h30 da manhã, liguei para a Sokids para saber se fazia ressonância e Raio X... A atendente me informou que não fazia ressonância e que Raio X só depois de 8h30, é brincadeira!? Corri e levei ela para um hospital de verdade!
This Sokids was never a Hospital, much less an Emergency. Some time ago my daughter fell and hit her head at about 5:30 am, I called Sokids to find out if she was having an MRI and X-ray ... The attendant informed me that she was not doing MRI and that X-rays only after 8:30, Just kidding!? I ran and took her to a real hospital!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Cheguei por volta de 14hs com minha filha. Fui atendida por volta das 16hs. Esperei por um exame de sangue até as 22:10 e nada do exame. Isso porque não é a primeira vez que o mesmo se repete. Outra vez levei meu filho, espera enorme para ser atendida. Foi coletado sangue e mais uma vez mais de 4 hs para sair o resultado. E quando era pra ter saído fui informada que teria que ser coletado mais material pois o colhido não havia sido suficiente. Nunca mais volto. Não recomendo
Terrible attendance. I arrived around 2 pm with my daughter. I was answered around 16hs. I waited for a blood test until 10:10 pm and no exam. This is because it is not the first time that it is repeated. Again I took my son, huge wait to be attended. Blood was collected and once more than 4 hours to get the result. And when I was supposed to go out I was informed that more material would have to be collected because the harvest was not enough. I'll never be back. I do not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento um médica dizendo ela ser pediatra!minha filha estava com umas placas na pele, ela olhou o abraço e tirou foto e passou para uma amiga dermatologista, para saber que tipo de bactéria era. Nunca passei por isso vamos em busca de respostas. MÉDICA sem capacitação nem uma mais nunca volto nessa hospital.
A very bad doctor said she was a pediatrician! My daughter had some signs of skin, she looked at the hug and took a picture and passed it on to a dermatologist friend, to find out what kind of bacteria it was. I never went through this so let's look for answers. MEDICINE without training or one more I will never return to this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior hospital que já levei minha filha para consultar. As duas vezes que estivemos no hospital demorou mais de 4 horas para ser atendido. Pior que que hospital público.
Worst hospital I have ever taken my daughter to see. Both times we were in the hospital it took more than 4 hours to be seen. Worse than a public hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a foreigner, you will get robbed here. Low quality of care and you will be paying a lot. (2 visits are running you R$ 1000) You can practically see the R$ signs in their eyes when you show up. We had a travel insurance, so money is actually not a real issue, we would be happy to pay if we'd received the help we needed...we did not. So please, stay away from this place! As a local, you probably will be paying less but still won't receive the care you need. In short: unfriendly staff, incompetent doctors, dirty location and seriously overpriced.
