★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com a loja,o atendimento por telefone foi muito bom,porém ao chegar na loja com a minha escada ,o Senhor que nos recebeu infelizmente se quer nos orientou com a montagem da escada da piscina. A sorte que fui acompanhada e a pessoa tomou a iniciativa de serrar as partes ressecadas para colocar as peças novas . Achei que faltou um pouco de vontade em cativar o cliente,a preocupação foi apenas em vender .
